Kate was our server and she was fabulous! Almost instantly she made us feel welcomed with her friendly and warm disposition. The food was delicious and hot as always. She refilled our drinks without us asking. Kate checked in with us several times to ensure our meal experience was good. We’ll be back and ask for Kate to be our server. Excellent food and service!
I don’t go to Swiss Chalet often so the contrast from last time I visited was very obvious. This was so terrible It was comical. More breading than chicken, the garlic loaf I ordered as a starter was still cool between the slices. I won’t be running back anytime soon. Our waitress was amazing though! Wonderful staff.
Had a great meal at Swiss Chalet! The food was tasty as always, but what stood out was the excellent service from Kate P. She was friendly, quick, and made sure everything was just right. Definitely made the visit even better!
