Guy working drive threw is great!! Lady at 2nd window was completely rude and got our order wrong not once but when returned got it wrong a 2nd time (only after not being able to get what we originally wanted) no one wants to make gravy at 1130 I guess though..
I ordered a junior cheeseburger burger that wasnt cook it was pink, when u mentioned this to the lady at the cashier they offered me another one with no apology and told me I have to order it well done. I replied back please refund me back my money. The manager in duty couldn't be bothered apologize and rushed me off. Thank you Wendys for making it easier for me to choose between you or McDonalds. Worst customer service ever.
It took a little longer because the girl was training who is making the food but the staff is always friendly there.
