This place is the best of the 3 bubble tea joints in the west side, the only one with popping pearls, the only one with a homey atmosphere (couch and TV) and a staff deserving of all the praise in the neighbourhood. Yipin Fruit Tea, is for me.

Amazing bubble tea!! I really recommend the strawberry milk and watermelon coconut milk, you can taste the fresh and original flavor of fruit, also combined very well with milk. Btw the owner is really nice, you will have a nice chat with her. Also there is a cute puppy in store, you can't resist to pet!
