“We have used Chris Campbell Catering three times now, for three different events. Each time the food was amazing. But this last time - second level amazing! We had him cater our daughter’s wedding, which we did buffet style. They arrived on time with the food hot and ready to go, and were set up in no time flat. The food - WOW! We started with a Apple Parsnip soup and Peasant Salad. Both were delectable! The smoked brisket was so incredibly well seasoned and cooked to perfection - as in cut it with a fork and no knife needed perfection. The mashed potatoes were delicious, as were the French green beans, and the Brussels sprouts! I can’t believe Chris turned me from someone who hated Brussels sprouts to someone who now loves them! Well - his at least. I highly recommend Campbell Catering if you want a meal that people will talk about for years to come.“
