Generally, the service is friendly and customer focused. Not my experience this visit. The associate was a the very least pushy, and rude. She didn't listen, cut me off while I was deciding what to order. The result of thus was she forgot my Vienna loaf, then when I indicated the missed loaf, she chose to hurriedly not listen, and not give me the correct loaf. I felt hurried and centered out. I let her know, by stating she should slow down and listen. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Friendly staff, great location with plenty of parking, very tasty treats! I got 6 cupcakes for my spouses birthday, 2 oreo, 2 vanilla, 2 chocolate. They were soooooo good! My spouse isn't big into deserts but he actually ate one of these, then the next day ate another as did I! They were still moist and delicious the next day!

I usually love this place however when I went in today I noticed a lot of flies inside the glass cabinets where all the food is, I immediately left. Obviously this isn’t your fault but when flies are touching the bread that is unsanitary and unappetizing

First time visitor, guided by my wife (smart woman). We Love real sourdough bread. Came here looking for some, but skeptical cause most grocery stores sell fake sourdough. After telling them which loaf I wanted, I tried to pay, and they said it was on the house. They wanted me to sample it first. Like who does this!!? I was looking around to see where the hidden cameras were, like I was on some kind of hidden camera show. NOPE, this place is pretty special!!! Go check it out. I know I will be back. Not just because they gave me a free sample, but because the bread is really good!!! *****?????

I waited in line and was overtaken with a chap with flyers to distribute. The clerk was happy to receive them and chat away as I waited. I was told I would need to "Wait" for the slicer. Just not a great experience. Maybe people who show up are your buds but if you want new customers, take your turn people.
