Polite and quick service. Really liked the variety of ice-creams and toppings that Libby offered. These people know their stuff. They mix in nuts, chocolate , whatever right in front of you (hence the slab). Love that real ice-cream taste! I’ll be back.
My boyfriend and I went tonight and there was only one gentleman working, he said his name was Arun, around 8:30. He was handling all the customers, probably around 10 complex orders with a smile on his face. My boyfriend and I had never been and he answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. Arun deserves to be recognized by management and his team for his hard work. And hopefully on busier nights he gets some more help.
My favourite ice cream place! The staff are super friendly and the ice cream is delicious (the cheesecake one is amazing!!)
