I stopped in at 8pm to order with my child. I was refused a chair and was told I am only able to use a stool. I’m disabled. I can’t even get on a stool. I had a child with me who couldn’t even reach the stool. So much for closing at midnight and being disability friendly,
0 cleaning was actually happening and no mop bucket was in site.

They charge you for an extra pickle and then wont provide you with that extra pickle. also to note, when asked for more than 1 extra pickle, they say they arent allowed and that you can only have 1 extra pickle. its over priced. Very poor management.
I have now had 2 run ins with a manager lady at this location. She’s rude and condescending and doesnt listen to her customers when they order. I’ve been coming here waiting in your long lines waiting too long for my food for over a year now. I enjoy the food when it’s done right but I CAN NOT stand being treated the way I’m treated when this person is working. I don’t mind the wait when I know what I’m getting is delicious but I refuse to let this woman serve me again....read full review
