I go here often (ish). The staff are super friendly and usually are smiling. Recently I got a build your own bowl and because I didn't want more toppings, she loaded me up with extra sauce - which was fantastic. They are very friendly and in general it's nice to have a quick stop to get healthy and gluten friendly food when you don't feel like cooking.
Vegetarian options: LOTS of veggies and Tofu fir protein.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten friendly options and will check on things if unsure.

In town for a short period and Freshii is usually my go to for a quick healthy meal that hits the spot. The Buddha bowl is my favourite and what I requested. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The bowl however was very disappointing. Generous portion but the noodles had a stale texture or they just weren’t cooked long enough. They were too anl dente and the tofu seemed extra soft. The vegetables were fresh and crispy but unfortunately the noodle texture made it difficult to enjoy the meal.

Ordered soup and a teriyaki chicken bowl. The soup was alright. The bowl was very dry and tasted similar to the smell of the wood shavings that go in a pet cage. My previous experience the broccoli was old...we all know what they smells/tastes like. Won't return.

I always went to the London location because the food is so delicious! However when I started going to the St. Thomas location I notice I’m getting less food in my bowl every time to the point where it’s not worth the money I’m paying. Extremely disappointed.
