Please tell me where my veggie burger and 6 pickles are? There was 1 among 1/2 container of sauce this is what I got probably at the end of some entitled kids evening with my pregnant friend along with about 8 jalapeño rings over 20 dollars for food that was basically soup in the hands it was disgusting and bot sure what i paid for until i got home and Harvey's was closed do better and refund my money the only thing that was manageable was the drink do not recommend and will be visiting to speak to someone about this. I work in the service industry and understand how frustrating it is to want to be gone at the end of the night and get an order that may cause you to stay lomger but when an order comes in and this is the result this is wasting customers time and money DO BETTER will be in to speak to someone tomorrow Fri Aug 29 current time 1040 pm headed to said restaurant 10 mins b4 close

Neither the manager on duty at 10:40 PM on August 26, 2025, nor the cook was satisfactory at all.
We ordered a takeout of the burger and chicken salad with extra tomatoes, along with 5 slices of cucumber and 5 slices of pickles. It seemed they were not pleased to fulfill the order since it was close to their closing time.
They served us rotten lettuce, a half-dry chicken breast (diced, not sliced), one slice of tomato, one slice of cucumber, and two slices of pickles. The burger patty was old and dry.
I had to return to the restaurant and showed everything to Sam, who was apologetic and refunded my money. However, the real question is why the staff was willing to serve such poor quality food.
This was one of the most terrible experiences one could have. If Harvey’s team is unwilling to serve properly, then they should refrain from serving at all. Take pride in hospitality or just go home.

Went a bit ago and they had a sign saying if you leave a review you could get 4 donuts, left a positive review and didn’t get any donuts.
the frings poutine was decent but the onion rings were soggy, the fries were amazing though
the service was quick and easy, don’t remember who we were served by but she was fast and patient.
would eat here again but don’t leave a review if you expect your free donuts. you won’t get them

Harvey’s is a great choice for those who love a flame-grilled burger made just the way they like it. When the food quality is good, it’s excellent, and their sides—especially the fries—are some of the best in St. Thomas. However, inconsistency across locations and slow service can sometimes be frustrating. As a student and resident of St. Thomas, I never used to enjoy the Harvey’s here. However, things have improved significantly, to the point where I now go out of my way to grab a burger and fries. The quality has noticeably stepped up, making it a spot I genuinely look forward to visiting. A special shoutout to Manjinder, who has consistently provided great service. She’s always kind when I order, and during my last visit, she handled a group of six of us—who were admittedly a bit loud—with professionalism and patience. She made sure we all got our coupons and had a smooth experience. Overall, it was a great time, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Vegetarian options: Growing up I was a Vegetarian and still am. Harvey's has always been the King of Vegetarian options and I would recommend the Veggie Burger!!

Unfortunately at this location you have to go in to the restaurant even if it is take out because their drive thru is always brutal and never gets the order correct. So I went inside where I was the only person at the counter. I placed my order and it was put in wrong. I believe the younger person is possibly new so I can not fault her at all. Food comes and the manager on call hands me the bag. Once again because of the constant issues with drive thru I check the bag and they forgot the gravy. Not a big deal things can happen. I stand at the counter to let them know but three of the employees including the manager on call stand to the side joking around while looking at one of their phones. I was standing there for a few minutes when a young woman looks out from the kitchen and notices me and motions one second. She gets one of them to help me. The food as usual is enjoyable but I really wish this location can get their act together while working. This Harvey’s is a combo restaurant with a Swiss Chalet also attached. My family and I have completely given up on the Swiss Chalet side and will drive into London to enjoy that location. I am not sure if it’s a owner to management issue that flows down to it’s employees, or if this is just the new crop of employees who have the motto of a lot of employees in the last few years of minimum pay equals minimum effort.

Just came from there at 9:15pm. Drive-thru open. No one answered the intercom to take my order after what seemed forever. As I drove away, somebody finally said something. By then, I had already pulled away, so I circled the building and came back to the drive-thru speaker and no one again. If you're not going to service the drive-thru, don't stay open and turn off the sign.

When I asked counter person to make order "to go" at the end, the side of pickles were missing when I wanted them added in the bag because the burgers were pretty loaded. Food tasted great though.
