Went a bit ago and they had a sign saying if you leave a review you could get 4 donuts, left a positive review and didn’t get any donuts.
the frings poutine was decent but the onion rings were soggy, the fries were amazing though
the service was quick and easy, don’t remember who we were served by but she was fast and patient.
would eat here again but don’t leave a review if you expect your free donuts. you won’t get them

Harvey’s is a great choice for those who love a flame-grilled burger made just the way they like it. When the food quality is good, it’s excellent, and their sides—especially the fries—are some of the best in St. Thomas. However, inconsistency across locations and slow service can sometimes be frustrating. As a student and resident of St. Thomas, I never used to enjoy the Harvey’s here. However, things have improved significantly, to the point where I now go out of my way to grab a burger and fries. The quality has noticeably stepped up, making it a spot I genuinely look forward to visiting. A special shoutout to Manjinder, who has consistently provided great service. She’s always kind when I order, and during my last visit, she handled a group of six of us—who were admittedly a bit loud—with professionalism and patience. She made sure we all got our coupons and had a smooth experience. Overall, it was a great time, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Vegetarian options: Growing up I was a Vegetarian and still am. Harvey's has always been the King of Vegetarian options and I would recommend the Veggie Burger!!

Unfortunately at this location you have to go in to the restaurant even if it is take out because their drive thru is always brutal and never gets the order correct. So I went inside where I was the only person at the counter. I placed my order and it was put in wrong. I believe the younger person is possibly new so I can not fault her at all. Food comes and the manager on call hands me the bag. Once again because of the constant issues with drive thru I check the bag and they forgot the gravy. Not a big deal things can happen. I stand at the counter to let them know but three of the employees including the manager on call stand to the side joking around while looking at one of their phones. I was standing there for a few minutes when a young woman looks out from the kitchen and notices me and motions one second. She gets one of them to help me. The food as usual is enjoyable but I really wish this location can get their act together while working. This Harvey’s is a combo restaurant with a Swiss Chalet also attached. My family and I have completely given up on the Swiss Chalet side and will drive into London to enjoy that location. I am not sure if it’s a owner to management issue that flows down to it’s employees, or if this is just the new crop of employees who have the motto of a lot of employees in the last few years of minimum pay equals minimum effort.

Just came from there at 9:15pm. Drive-thru open. No one answered the intercom to take my order after what seemed forever. As I drove away, somebody finally said something. By then, I had already pulled away, so I circled the building and came back to the drive-thru speaker and no one again. If you're not going to service the drive-thru, don't stay open and turn off the sign.

When I asked counter person to make order "to go" at the end, the side of pickles were missing when I wanted them added in the bag because the burgers were pretty loaded. Food tasted great though.
Ordered couple burgers here. After speaking to store manager regarding burgers being just “warm” we were told that the burgers are actually cooked earlier then stored in “warming drawers”, and that if you want a “fresh bbq’d” burger, you must specifically ask! I thought when you ordered a meal, the burger would then & only then be placed on grill! Needless to say, we will not be returning here again. We were offered free meal deal coupons, but tossed them in garbage! Hopefully other locations do not follow the same process to “pre-cook” burgers then keep them warm in warming drawers. This is so sad, I grew up loving Harvey’s establishments, until now! Email to corporate office produced no results. Sad, very sad!

Ordered Aug 11, they screwed up order by not putting the extra patty on the burger as ordered, received Skip credits for the screw up, ordered again Aug 28 to use those credits and they screwed the order up again and forgot the extra patty on two of the burgers this time, same mistake...employees obviously cannot read and have no intentions of improving customer service. We did not ask for Skip credits, as we will not return here, or use Skip ever again due to them taking our order on a tour of the city nearly 2 miles from our house for both of these deliveries and finally arriving here, only one block from Harvey's, cold and inedible. To hell with Harvey's and to hell with Skip.

A very great service experience by Mary and her manager. They went out of their way to ensure that we had exactly what we wanted in our Swiss Chalet order at the Harveys window great experience and great food. Pre-ordered salad without tomatoes and cucumbers and they ensured that we got a good helping of that salad. All the food was hot and tasty. Mary even said as we're leaving see you again! Friendly and great service.
