Pulled in to drive through and waited almost ten minutes for them to take my order at the window. I had to explain 4 times what I wanted and still they did not understand. They kept saying 3 burgers when I wanted 4. They then tried to charge me full price when burgers were 2 for 8 dollars and I ordered 4 burgers. They said they could not cancel the full price orderand I would not get the special. By that point I did not have any more patience left and now I am spending a full 10 hour shift at work with no food. Do NOT go here. This was at 1:40pm today.

What a waste of time! Went in to just order a burger at the takeout counter. Ordered and the waited, and waited. One guy said he had been waiting 30 minutes for his burger. Went up to cancel order and get my money back. Waste of 40 minutes.

We've been here twice now since renovations and I have to say I really like it! There is a bit of a problem at the side door there with the washrooms downstairs, people coming in the side door for pick-up, people lined up at Harvey's counter and people at the drink fountain, but overall I really like it! Other than the bit of crowding there in the corner, the food is great, had great service from nice people both times and the food is hot! Can't complain about this restaurant; good service, great food and a nice clean environment... what more can we ask? Really like this place! Thanks for a great experience!

Ordered for pick up for 6 at 5:36. Received our food at 6:24. When we arrived at the end of the condiments as indicated we were ignored for over 15 mins. People who came in after I arrived were able to order and get their food before me. I acknowledge it was a busy time for both in dining and pick up, but at least communicate the delays to lower expectations.
When we got the food the buns were soggy, the burgers were not warm at all.
