Customer service SUCKS, and they don't care if you don't get your order. At least be a bit sympathetic and try to help rectify the issue. I will NEVER order from here again. Couldn't tell you how the food was cause I never received it

I wouldn't bother. Completely messed up our order and when questioned about it " it is not our issue, we gave out the food and you do what you need to do" THE most disrespectful encounter we have had with an establishment. Quite simply with this amount of disrespect we will never order food from Mary Browns ever again because why....we are gonna do what we need to do.We would like to add photos as it requests but we didnt get anything to photo.

Tried Mary Brown’s Chicken for the first time, and it was amazing! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the taters were perfectly seasoned. Great food, friendly service, and a clean restaurant—I’ll definitely be back!

Next time they serve you chicken you should check to see how greasy it is. It's probably some of the worst quality chicken I've ever seen. I took a bite and it was a mushy, veiny, greasy disgusting mess.They also sneakily-charged me 10.99 for the 6.99 deal (thanks) & their mash up bowl was presented as 2 scoops of mashed potatoes in a bowl. It was the worst quality food I've seen from anywhere as of lately, it was genuinely stunning. I really don't recommend eating here unless you absolutely hate your body. Oh yeah, and I find it kind of weird that you allow sacks of potatos in your lobby to be used as a bag-shelf for Uber eats people when they walk in. Store your dumb fkin potato pile in the back of the store, im pretty sure customers are sick of looking at it/tripping over wood pallets in the middle of the floor. Or don't, I could care less, I won't be back. Nasty food.

Ordered the chicken tenders and the cheesy-chicken-twist things (sorry forget the name) and they were awesome. Personally I wish the twists had more filling and a bit less batter, but that won't stop me from buying them again.
