I loved my pizza that I got, my all time favourite is the single pizza for one person. I also order from here quite regularly so I’ve began to get to know the worker’s quite well and a nice young lady named rory always greets me with a smile and handles my food with care. we need more of her kindness in the world!

I ordered a 2 topping personal pizza for pickup and they managed to screw 1/2 toppings up. Seemed like the most simple order. I picked up and didn’t find out till I got home and they said they had no driver available. Bold when delivery was still an option… got a credit and didn’t have dinner as a result. Shocking to me they can’t read toppings properly and wouldn’t send out a replacement

Odered the 3 medium pizza deal and it was just what I wanted out of a pizza. The staff was very professional and treated my family right. I guess it really depends on who makes the pizza on how good it will be. If toppings are cheap then it's not worth buying. This was truly better than last time!! Toppings toppings is where it's at!!

I never had so many issues with my order as I have had since they moved to the new building. My order is never made properly. I have called several times but they don't do much to fix it. Last time they didn't put sauce on my boneless bites, she offered to send new ones out and for me to return the ones I received with my order. I won't be ordering from there anymore.

The female manager is awful at this location. Extremely ignorant, I have no clue how this lady is a manager. Is not kind to customers. I had a messed up pizza and the person working that night was supposed to put a credit on my account, they must not have and the manager was extremely rude when I tried getting my pizza that they promised. She was saying “I can’t call the workers when they’re at home”. I never asked her to call anyone I just simply went in for the pizza credit that I was told I had. The manager got super heated at me. Did not offer to help in any way, she clearly did not want to do anything about it. And my husband had went it before asking for the credit and she was the same way to him. It’s not our fault the workers didn’t do there job. Super awful experience.

Having ordered the friday special deal Chicken Caesar pizza multiple times. This time it had bacon crumbles. Having called and explained the situation the explanation I get is that previously it was made incorrectly, since I frequently order the same pizza at-least twice a month on Fridays. And this is the first time I got bacon on my pizza. I did not call them for refund or replacement order but just to clarify on the issue but it seems they got offended. I’ll never order again. It was my favourite go to place but not know

Seriously let down.I am a fairly frequent customer here (MyBox Lunches and the occasional $50-60 dinner) but tonight I was really let down.The quality of the pizza was unusually awful and the customer service was worse.I have never called in with an issue before, so I was surprised when I was met with so much hostility.I called and the phone rang for several minutes with no answer, then a young man picked up, said "hello" and immediately hung up.I called back immediately and the phone rung again now for a minute before he picked up again. When I kindly and calmly explained that there was a quality and temperature issue with the pizza, his immediate response was to get defensive. Condescendingly, that what we experienced wasn't possible, so apparently I was lying. I explained to him that I spend quite a bit with this Pizza Hut, that I am a big supporter and have never had any issues before. He didn't care, he asked if I had eaten any of it yet. I said I have had a few bites, but I have covid and am separated from my son and wife and that I am not sure how much they have eaten at this point. He rudely said I should have called right away, I let him know I did.I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said "Why? She'll just tell you the same thing" in a very snarky tone. I remained civil and politely asked again. He complied.I then listened for 2 minutes as he loudly discussed the situation with Brooke who was next to pick up the phone. At one point he told her that we had eaten the whole pizza (not true), she replied "Well then we can't replace it!", he responded to her in a exasperated and high pitched voice " I know! That's what I told him!"Brooke was immediately defensive, I told her my concerns she let me know it couldn't be replaced. I let her know that I wasn't looking to get it replaced because I do not want to wait another 40 minutes to have my son fed anyways. She dismissed my concerns that the pizza was "delivered within the the time" so there is no way it was cold upon arrival. I told her I was just sharing my concerns that the pizza was made quite poorly as well. The pizza was crust-less, the bottom of the pizza was soggy and the top of the pizza was cold. I rationalized with her that surely a pizza could get cold even if delivered within a specific timeframe. For instance, it could have been left uncovered outside of the oven while waiting for an available delivery driver, perhaps my pizza was the last of many to be delivered, perhaps the driver had their windows open, perhaps the driver did not close the thermal bag. She responded, snarkily, to a good customer who has never called in an issue before, that the delivery driver would never make any of those mistakes, it's not possible. So, for a second time in 5 minutes I was called a liar by two employees with rude and demeaning tones.If they had simply politely said " We apologize, not sure how that could have happened ... but unfortunately our policy is that once a pizza has started to be eaten we cannot replace it, nor do we have the ability to issue credits for a future purchase" in a polite and friendly tone, I would have been a bit miffed at the policies, but I would remain a customer.How I was treated today is some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Sadly (because the quality is usually great!), we will be taking our business elsewhere. Brooke and her staff member lost a customer today.

I have visited this location a few times and starting in the summer, I started to receive pizzas with dipping sauce jammed into the pizza itself. This is the only location that's done this, that I have experienced. I've complained twice, pizza was remade and then it continues to happen. The last time this happened was Nov 18th 2023. I was unable to return to the location to get a new one made, so I had to throw out pizza pieces. Also, want to make it clear, the heat from the pizza melts the date on the bottom of sauce cup into the food you're going to eat (your pizza). This practice needs to be fixed. Sauces belong on the outside of the box. This is 1 specific employee doing this, who has been told to stop and still does this.
