Overall it’s great. I ordered supreme meat lovers 3 times this week now! Full of meat and cheese and the bread is just so good!!!!

Went in to get a small pizza. Was told I had to buy a medium cause they were out of small. This is supposed to be fresh. How can they not make a small. Is it pre made and frozen?????

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had repeated issues at this location that I feel need to be addressed. Yesterday, I received an incomplete order for delivery without any prior notice. This isn’t the first time—on a previous visit, I was given the wrong order and had to come back to the store to pick up the correct one. Even then, I waited 15 minutes for the order to be remade and didn’t complain.
However, this time when I pointed out the mistake, the lady at the front counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a delivery driver, I’m not allowed to open and check the order before delivering it, so I rely on the staff to ensure everything is correct.
Consistent order mistakes and poor customer service make things frustrating for both customers and delivery drivers. I hope the management looks into this and improves the accuracy and professionalism at this location.

We tried to call in cause our wifi is down order on line so we ask to speak to the manager or supervisor she said no So we couldn’t get the deal cause we need to order on line well I told her our wifi is down so that’s your problem she sounded like 10 Then she hang up on us How freaking sad is that we order a pizza somewhere else Bad bad the worst customer service

WORST experience. Half of our food was missing- literally a slice missing out of our pizza! Called the restaurant for 45 minutes before someone picked up the phone. She immediately told me it wasn’t her problem & hung up on me!!! Anyone interested in buying this Pizza Hut? I think it’s time for a complete overhaul 😆

The female manager at this location has a horrible customer service attitude. Very rude and does not care about customers at all. Corporate really needs to look into this issue!

I ordered delivery and received the wrong pizza. I called and was offered a new one they would come and get the wrong one. I had other food so waiting for them to fix the order would only make the rest of dinner cold. They also offered a credit instead. I should have made them refund the full order and pick it up but I didn’t. The credit amount was not discussed, I called today and it was $20.00. This will be my last pizza hut order, I regret not sending the whole order back. To respond to Pizza hut, I completed a survey and asked for a call back from the first order and you didn’t respond. I spend over 70.00 and you gave me a 20 credit. We have lots of pizza places here in town, I am sure they will be happy to have my business. Also while you are here reviewing my review, take a look at some of the others, your customer service is terrible.
It's a pick up location only... So atmosphere feels generic... Cash, standing space and soda cooler... Same as all other take out places... Service wasn't anything to write home about. Felt a bit like an inconvenience to cashier walking in to get my own order. Not a welcoming attitude. Food was decent, a little expensive but then again what isn't expensive these days.

Good pizza. Bad service. Daytime lady manager is just miserable on the best of days. If you don't have enough staff, hire another person to help you. If you hate the business, find something else to do. Won't be back. You are starting to get a bad reputation in St. Thomas. People don't tolerate this for long

I loved my pizza that I got, my all time favourite is the single pizza for one person. I also order from here quite regularly so I’ve began to get to know the worker’s quite well and a nice young lady named rory always greets me with a smile and handles my food with care. we need more of her kindness in the world!
