I've been a customer at Seed for many years now and have begun renting out Gen's certified kitchen for my own bakery. I've come to know Gen over the past few months and can't say enough good things about her and her baking. She is a ray of sunshine and such a wealth of knowledge. It is always such a treat to get her macarons!
