New ownership has ruined this once wonderful local restaurant. I tried to be patient and ride out the inevitable bumps that are expected with a change in ownership, but some how they are getting worse instead of better. Samosas are often burnt, the beef has been so dried out it’s like leather, other times they’re has been hot sauce when I asked for not hot sauce, and today is the final straw I asked for a beef rice bowl, it was absolutely mixed with some other meat, they were out of turnip (ok no big deal) but there was just hummus and a tone of pickles, slapped on top of the rice and mystery meat. I’ve tried to patient, but I have wasted enough money to say I’m officially done. Never again. It’s sad because the previous owners cared so much and the food reflected that.
Best shwarma in st thomas.
The food is good, and i love the samosas, but the service is lacking and the quality control on ingredients needs improvement. Overall just disappointed. I come back hoping for a better experience and I am always let down. I'm not coming back anymore. And i don't recommend delivery either, unless you like receiving the wrong order.
If they can improve on customer satisfaction then this is a good place to eat, but as of right now that doesn't seem to be a priority for them, so i just cannot recommend that anyone give them service.
Everything is on point. Food and service are fantastic
I came here thinking it was still Pam’s diner and It was a Indian cuisine and I don’t mind Indian food but I think it’s sad that Pam’s is no longer there and it was there for years and I loved the food and the service. Really sad to see Pam’s family diner is gone
Thank you to Meet, who made my order. I ordered the butter chicken and it was delicious. Way more than enough for 2 people and I got the large size. My mom said it was the best she has had in a long time and I agree. Great service and quick too!
Awesome
