went to get some subs, and the worker started making my veggie sub with meat, i said “oh that’s supposed to be a veggie.” the worker than told me that “that wasn’t what you said, you said turkey.” (i’ve been a vegetarian for 10 years.) she used the same bread that had meat on it, and the same cheese and took the meat off and put it back in the container. there was no reason to argue and i see in the comments someone else has experienced this too.
we also ordered potato rings…. disgusting, cold, uncooked.
subs barley have any toppings, will not be back to this location, which is the closest to my house…
ordered online using the app so i paid upfront which i wish i hadn’t otherwise i would have left. went to pick up a few mins after my order was supposed to be ready and had to sit and wait for 30 mins for the guy to finish my order. by the time he got to me it still took him forever to make the subs.

I stopped in with a friend of mine on our way home. The one girl making the sandwiches started arguing with the gentleman behind us in line, to the point where she was huffing and puffing in disgust that he 'changed his cheese choice' after she toasted it. She was actually yelling at him, saying that it wasn't what he said in the first place. I was never so happy to leave a store in my life. I will definitely not be back to this location.
