The soda fountain was full of ants. When I poured my soda, dozens of ants came out in the soda. How disgusting it was. I don't want to know how the kitchen is. I wasn't able to eat my dandwich. lost $20 each. not solution

Lady was not understanding how I wanted my sub made. A simple ham and cheese with pickles, lettuce, cucumbers, ranch, chipotle, then a little bit of salt and pepper. She absolutely drowned my sub in salt and pepper to the point I couldn’t not make a face. Not even edible.

Lady working was EXTREMELY ignorant and rude to 14 year old daughter with her friend, no excuses whatsoever for the treatment they received, they ended up leaving without getting lunch, she was so awful to them, very dissapointed.

I’ve always enjoyed a good sub sandwich but unfortunately when a supervisor is rude to customers it does not make for a good experience. She really is not a people person and treating customers rudely and without patience is not good business! Making comments like “ this is subway- you CAN’T have it your way” is incredibly unacceptable ! I hope this picture shows up because it says Subway My Way! Really!!?

Very disappointed.
First, the Subway this review is for is at 188 Sunset Rd., St. Thomas. It was very disappointing when I order a sub sandwich and can not have it made the way i want. At this particular site, I ordered two foot long assorted subs. When adding the toppings I asked for more onions on the one sandwich and was told “I can only put a limited amount on” and was told this is “Subway and you can’t have it your way”. This was a first for me. I cannot understand this rational. I don’t put everything available for toppings and if I did it would still be the same cost. I do understand that extra cheese was always extra. The person giving the above noted quotes had Supervisor on her name tag - what a joke! Time for me to boycott. Does anybody ever get a response?

The lady was so rude, so disrespectful to my friends and I when we sat down. She claimed we weren’t deciding what we wanted to order and were just “sitting on our phones” and then told my friends they needed to wait outside if they weren’t ordering yet. I’m very dissatisfied!

Subway has slowly cut back on their selection of condiments and now they are out of bell peppers on a Friday night at dinner time.

I came in with 2 excited children and the older lady at the counter was nothing but rude. Yelling that she can't hear the children and telling them she has no lettuce and when i told her one moment to understand what the kids want she yelled at me saying "I said we have no lettuce!" If you don't enjoy people or your job, find one where you don't deal with people. We were having a great day in town until this exchange. A smile and personable nature go a long way for someone's day and I hope she has the day she deserves.

Honestly when I order a sub online, they can never made it right. I guess just go in the store.

Consistently slow service. Driving past this location to another subway will get you where you are going faster.Supervisor will stop serving customers st lunch when there is a line up to make bread for later.Seen employees take their break during the busy time, I agree everyone deserves their break but the person in charge should plan better.Every now and again I’ll return to this location believing that I just had a random bad experience, then I wait in line for 30 minutes for the 3 people in front of me to be served.

Out of ingredients, staff must have been tired. Bathroom was filthy toilets full yuck. Sub was fine. But the bathroom ruined the visit for me.

Worst subway experience and after reading the other reviews, I see I’m not alone. The older lady (with supervisor on her name tag…) who helped make my subs was very rude. The process was very slow and a line started to form so her other employee who was stocking the fridge came over to help. When she asked him what he was doing, he responded said he was going to hop on the meat section of the cold table and she responded with, ‘I don’t care what you do’ and flailed her arms. It was very rude and uncomfortable for everyone there. He then proceeded to make the order for the person behind me and then cash him out before my 2 subs were pulled out of the toaster and topped. When I got to toppings, the one sub only had light lettuce. When I got to the second sub, I asked for extra pickles and she said no due to rise in food cost. I offered to pay for extra pickle, although I have never been turned down at other locations and she said no. She told me that there was no button for it in the system. And again, my one sub only had lettuce on it for toppings… won’t be returning to this location.

Extremely rude staff. Told me each subway can only have six of each veggie. 6 black olives. Like Really???Her reason is to keep the cost down.Definitely won't be coming back here again.
