Went through drive through to get a wrap at 11:45. Was told they don't have rice ready. How do you not have something that makes up a good chunk of your menu not ready when lunch service starts at 10:00 / 10:30 a.m.!? had to drive past the window. There were at least four people standing around talking. So I guess they're not serving wraps or salads at all today. Completely abysmal.

This location is constantly closed by 9 pm but this is not indicated anywhere. The drive thru is all lit up as is the interior but you get nothing, no indication that they are not open for business.
Third time being told they there is no egg to make my order but in the time it takes to put my order in boom the egg has been made

Long wait. No sugar in my coffee as I asked. Asked fir double toasted bagels got warm bread asked for extra butter and the grease was pouring out. Very disappointed ?

Ordered two sandwiches — bagel BELT and Farmer's Sandwich. Farmer's Sandwich was missing the hashbrown, but included pieces of shell in the egg; bagel BELT was missing the lettuce and tomato. **Check your order for accuracy before you leave.**
Normally they do better than this particular experience. I prefer the drive thru service, even though the line is longer.
The interior is pleasant and gives the impression of a business that is a higher end fast food establishment.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. When my family tried to place an order, an employee named April was very rude and even yelled at us, stating they were understaffed, and continued talking about us while we standing waiting to place our order. While I understand that staff shortages can be stressful, I believe customer service should still be top priority.

It's pretty darn slow service here. About the slowest tones I've been to. Expect to wait in line.
Update review: 2 out of my last 3 orders were wrong. Wrong size, forgot hash brown in wrap, forgot chipotle sauce in wrap. Dropping star overall.
Apart from that, it's just a regular Tims, in terms of quality.
