About Dairy Queen

Dairy Queen (Treat) in St. Thomas is a clean and well-maintained restaurant with helpful and professional staff. Customers appreciate the kind and patient employees, even during busy times, and often mention the positive atmosphere created by the manager. The staff consistently provides quick and efficient service, making the experience pleasant. Many reviews highlight the quality of the Blizzards, especially the Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard, which is packed with chocolate and brownie pieces and tastes good. The Blizzards are made with an adequate amount of toppings and blended nicely, though some customers have noticed that the ice cream can turn to liquid quickly and that the flip test is not always done properly. Despite minor issues, such as machine problems affecting ice cream consistency, the staff are responsive and accommodating, sometimes replacing items like birthday cakes when needed. Overall, this Dairy Queen location is praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and good-tasting treats, making it a favorite spot for ice cream lovers in the area.
