I went through the drive thru this morning for my coffee and Timbits. The service Hayden provided was unmatched. He was polite and upbeat. Despite some mishaps such as not having enough dark roast for a large coffee and being given Timbits with birthday cake which was specified we did not want. Hayden’s energy was so uplifting that the coffee issue was no problem. I’m perfectly okay with regular coffee instead, he also took it upon himself to go replace the birthday cake Timbits...
Only stop for coffee and get served promptly , the staff at most restaurants seem to be a bit miserable like they are now happy. We enjoy the local Tim's and will continue to get the coffee their,
Tim hortons- when it comes to coffee and a donut ect. It will never let u down when u need that little pick me up. When it comes to there fast food, I would have to say it's a hit or miss. It's like every other fast food place tho; there is just no love put into the preparation and for me,well that makes all the difference. I guess they call it fast food right , not slow diligently with love food.
