My mom and I go there for a quick lunch on the run. Jr.bacon cheeseburger and a senior drink. I didn't know about the senior drink until my mom told me about it. I hope all seniors know. Complimentary Beverage with every food purchase. Fantastic! Jr. Bacon cheeseburger is the best burger for that price point. Fresh tomatoes 🍅, fresh lettuce 🥬, bacon!, cheese! How great!! The place is clean and it probably has a lot to do a long time employee, and trainer..... I don't know her name but we had a great chat one day. A senior lady. I've been in the restaurant business for 17 years and she is a keeper. Obviously been trained well by her own mom and kept up the work ethics. Great job all the way around Wendy's st. Thomas!

They are the worst …. and shity people working there idk what to say … as a uber driver i picked a order from the store at night from drive thru and its was leaking bc of drink inside the bag and i ask them to return it but instead of packing the food to another bag or solving somthing else they just rudely told us to garbage it coz they can’t take it bck… as a uber driver its painful how these unprofessional people talk with us ….

Not bad, but not super great either. The drink fountain is old as time and glitchy, makes for a very frustrating experience trying to get a drink. And my food is only made right about half the time. The people who are hired there are often super kind and friendly, though.
This Wendy’s location is fantastic! The service was fast, friendly, and professional, which made the visit a real pleasure. My meal was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it the fries were perfectly crispy, and the burger was juicy and flavorful.
The dining area was very clean and well-kept, and even during a busy time, the staff worked efficiently while keeping a great attitude. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.
Overall, one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be choosing this Wendy’s again!

I love wendys but I ordered some went to pick it up they closed someone was literally looking at us didn't answer it i called them asked about it said they'd bring it out i called again incase I didn't heat them right and they blocked my number have never had that happen before

Never go back. Practically no toilet paper in men's washroom. Told girl out front, did not know what TP was. Thought she was Tayler Swift. Got coffee 2 bucks should have been Free. Her response Sorry, you have to pay. No Senior discount. Gross profit is all they want.
