Your rib & wing combo is a joke. 1st red flag was when the ribs only came with kitchens sauce, not the 101 sauces for the 5 little wings! Seems like the ribs were boiled then sauced. Fries were overdone. Server was very good.

Been going there for over a year and this was the worst service I have had. Didn’t have my beer again on tap for the third time. Took over 45-50 mins for my order to come and it was cold. The atmosphere has definitely changed since they have changed managers, there was hardly anyone in there on Tuesday and normally it is packed.

Service has gone down hill since former employees have left. Watched staff play on their phones at the cash while watching tv. Ordered take out and waited 20 minutes and it was cold/ fries included. Tried to get the attention of staff for refill , look our way and totally ignored us. Maybe you might want to try and fix it. Was a good place to go but now not so much.

Does anyone remember 10 cent wing night? I do realize that those days are ancient history , however 37$ for 16 wings, fries and 2 dipping sauces to go is absolutely insane! The wings were good but they went weren't great! They weren't 2$ each good! So, we got 2 dipping sauces with our order but it was really 1 dipping sauce because they were the smallest sauce containers I've ever seen. I'll never go back!

As usual, the food & the service were fine. However... this trip is the first time I have been in a few months and I cannot believe how dirty the floors were. Cleaning in a restaurant should take high priority. PROPER cleaning & mopping is a must that they don't apparently teach anymore.

Wonderful experience from everyone here tonight. Hats off to our server Shannon, it's been a while since I've had a server as great as her. Our host was very friendly and bubbly, and the cook nailed it. It's not every day you ask for heavy dressing and they get it spot on. Thank you everyone for a great night out, and I look forward to coming back again xoxo
The manager there is awesome. She remembers you, what you like and makes suggestions that are thoughtful and relevant. If only the rest of the servers were as conscientious. When she's there it's a 5/5 all the way.
