Bakery by the Bay is a gem. We used them for our wedding and ordered mini cupcakes. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and such a huge hit with all of our guests. We also sampled a few different items before finalizing our choices and they were also great. Everything is amazing!
Stacy was also great to work with - so professional and kind. And pricing is so reasonable. Would definitely work with them again in the future or even just go back next time we’re in the area and craving a delicious sweet treat!
The photo shows the lemon velvet and vanilla caramel mini cupcakes we ordered. We also did chocolate peanut butter with a mini Reece cup on top that was probably the crowd favorite (so much so I didn’t snap a pic!)

Stopped here today!! Amazing shop, the smell when you walk in says it all.The owners very nice and helpful!! My hubby got lasagna, I got the best cinnamon roll in the world....its so big that 3 of us shared it, and the taste is amazing. My son got 6 day old peanut butter cookies that he said were still fresh and delicious. We can't wait to cut into the loaf of fresh sourdough bread!! Yummy!! We are from Forest ON, my son lives in Wasaga so this will be a stop for us when we visit!!

I had an amazing orange and cranberry scone. I wish I got more. Unfortunately my partner who has celiac could not have anything which was a shame. The staff member who served me initially did not know the flavors of the scones and had to ask for assistance and also required assistance putting a single scone in a paperbag. She was also sorting thru scones in plastic bags which I assume are ' day olds' when I did not express any desire for these. In the end I had three people serving me one scone because the initial server was ill prepared to manage a customer transaction. It's kind of funny actually. The young fella that completed the transaction was kind and competent and saved the day. The scone was perfection though!

My husband and I found this bakery in Stayner by accident, and we’re so happy we did! We were in Stayner and overheard someone in a store talking about how great it was, so we decided to check it out, and I’m so glad we did. The person who greeted us was so friendly and welcoming. The cinnamon rolls were amazing, and the fresh bread was just perfect. Such a lovely little spot, we’ll definitely be back!

I'm the kind of girl who knows her bakeries... it's my thing. Lately I've felt a little disappointed in the new spots I've found, and even in some of my go to spots. Then today, Bakery By The Bay... entered the chat. You gotta respect a cinnamon roll as big as your head....but this one, oooohhh this one...the crispy baked sugar under the icing, the dough cooked perfectly... criminally soft and fluffy, not a lick of dry in sight. The icing that kinda looked on the light side at first glance...was the absolute perfect compliment. Honestly, it's art. 4.9 stars over like 180 reviews... says all you need to know. You deserve these goodies. PS. Also got date squares, raisin butter tarts, and shortbread cookies... I'd gush about those too but the review is already too long. Keep up the amazing work team, I will be back!
