THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Coffee time used to be my favourite coffee place and the quality has gone down tremendously in the last few years.
We went in to get breakfast and there was something wrong with all 4 things we ordered. We were the only ones there and the service was slow, workers were not friendly, the food was terrible, stale and missing toppings. Coffee was lukewarm and flavourless. Everything was a huge disappointment. The food area looked disgusting and unclean, I lost my appetite.
This place should be shut down!!! As soon as we left, we threw everything in the trash and went to Timmie’s, you’re better off there, don’t waste your money at coffee time.

As for gas station add-ons goes, coffee time is a good fit. I was served promptly and enjoyed my freshly brewed decaf coffee. The staff are friendly and efficient running the gas station and servicing the coffee time customers. Thank you for the tasty coffee

A complete joke of a fast-food place.
More than 30 minutes and no food. Drive-through “not working,” so we went inside. The staff had no basic ability to do the job — one employee was on the phone the entire time being told how to make a sandwich from scratch.
Endless excuses, zero accountability. We asked for a refund twice and were refused, even though nothing was ready. At one point the delay was because they couldn’t open a can. Seriously.
This isn’t “slow service” — it’s total incompetence and a waste of customers’ time. We left without food. $20 bought me a lesson.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T come here.

i bought a carrot muffin here and i bit into it. it was so rotten and disgusting the sour/rotten taste still haunts me to this day and i get nauseous every time i think about it. i don’t think they throw out old food :(

First time I've been to this location and I wish a read the reviews prior. Ordered two muffins and coffees and it all went into the garbage. Several day old muffin as hard as a roc Not edible at all.. I will never be back to that location.

Got a coffee and 2 donuts today. The eclair is soft and delicious but the maple dip is hard enough to break windows. Unfortunately this is a common problem in this location. Could you please educate the owners so they know not to sell day old and even older donuts.
