We’ve been to this Dairy Queen multiple times, and honestly, I’m not even a big fan myself—but my son is. Unfortunately, I think it might be time to find another location, because the quality here just isn’t there, and looking at the other reviews, it seems to be a pattern.

Tonight I ordered a poutine and 4-piece chicken nuggets for my son—no drink—and the bill came to $18. For that price, I would at least expect hot, fresh food, but everything came out lukewarm at best. When I called, the manager insisted everything left the kitchen hot, but I can assure you it was not.

For the prices Dairy Queen is charging, you could go to plenty of sit-down restaurants in the area with far better quality and value. This location really needs to step up its game. Slow down, take your time, and focus on quality—there were only a couple of cars in the drive-thru when I was there, so there’s no excuse. Very disappointed.

I've never left a negative Google review before. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, every time I go to this location, I always leave disappointed. Hot food is never hot, Blizzards lack much in the way of toppings, Slushies lack actual slush, Parfays get minimal chocolate fudge and the prices are very high for the quality of what you get.

Food nasty, staff doesn't even communicate with you just threw my bag out the drive though window and I was sitting there wondering if our interaction was done because they just close the window without saying anything .... I guess have a nice day is to much to ask for in 2025 in canada!

Loved it. A go-to spot when you're craving a mix of fast food and frozen treats. Kids loved their Blizzards and Chicken strip basket. I enjoyed the burger( grilled) and crispy fries. Portions were fair for the price, and service was quick and friendly.

Today i got a double cheese burger combo for my son, who is 9. As he opened the box and grabbed his burger he was burnt from the heat of the bun. As he was crying I picked up the bun and was also surprised how hot it actually was? I only left to sumerise that the whole 2 patties and bun were microwaved to the point of the sun itself. They used to make a decent burger on my many travels north, but when you have to heat the precooked burger and bun to nuclear hot food if you can call it that was terrible. I will never be back, it was my child who was scolded, hope the owner sees or even cares about what's going on in his restaurant. Shame on you!! For my child and all burger lovers...

This was the most disgusting burger I've ever seen or tasted 😐. First of all Worker's not wearing gloves while handling food, should have turned away at that time and walked out the door.
Secondly the burgers were pre- cooked in a microwave and then put in a tray with water to heat then reheated in a microwave 😳 🤔 to serve customers 😳 Yuk!!!
Thirdly There was so much mustard and pickles on it that it look like someone vomited 🤢 on it.
I honestly don't know how this is even acceptable to serve customers. I did try to take a bite but nope, nope , nope. It was disgustingly horrible. TOOK BITES and had to spit it out I actually got sick about an hour later!!! Never , never ever again !!!!
I will go the extra mile to go to wasaga where they actually cook the burgers 🍔 on the grill.
Money isn't so easily obtained we work hard for it!! Sometimes you don't feel like cooking so you order something. But please don't go here to get a quick meal 😫 you will be robbed of flavors, money and cleanliness !! What you will get is sick or food poisoning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAIRY QUEEN 😐 save your money and your gut and go somewhere else!!!!

I went into the Stayner Dairy Queen yesterday, This worker, Cara took 15 minutes to get me my food and the service was terrible. It was dirty and the bathrooms were not taken care of. 😬

Deluxe cheeseburger was cold and the bacon looked uncooked pale. Disappointed in the food quality

I got a large fry for $5.75 and it was tiny! So silly what are things coming to! Go anywhere else for fries to be sure!

Rude staff. Worth driving to collingwood location. At least you will have someone with a smile that will thank you
