Extremely disappointed with our experience tonight. We planned to get dinner for friends and family from our local Pizza Hut, a place we’ve ordered from for many years without issue. Unfortunately, tonight was nothing but frustration.
We first tried placing our order online to make things seamless, but the website was not working due to interruptions. After that, we drove to the location in person, only to be told they were no longer taking any orders because they were “too busy.”
I have honestly never experienced a business turning away customers and refusing new orders entirely. If a location is unable to serve customers, that should be clearly communicated online or in advance so people don’t waste their time driving there.
This was truly disappointing, especially from a business we’ve supported for years. Hopefully others trying to order tonight are made aware ahead of time that this location may be too busy to take new orders, as we were simply refused service altogether.
You need to figure it out pizza hut, this is not how you run a business.
PS: Keep in mind we still placed an $89 order with Wasaga Beach pizza hut, they had no troubles taking our order.

Placed a delivery oder 1 and half hours later still nothing sayed my oder was delivered....drove to store pissed off .. my food was still there in the driver's car cold I asked for refund they gave me attitude was really close about to on jumping over the counter this people have no clue how to run a business..2nd time eating at pizza hut never again ..

Best Pizza Hut by far. The food is always fresh, hot, fast and delicious. The staff also make this location outstanding- they are always so welcoming and friendly. The Pizza Hut model for customer service should start here with these folks.

I IRDERED 14 AND ONLY GOT 11 AND I THINK THE DRIVER ATE SOME!!!!!! NOW THEY WONT PICK UO AT THE RESTURANT
Ordered pizza with pop for delivery got the pizza didn’t receive the pop called to let them know there phone wasn’t working they called me after 30 mins told them we didn’t get the pop and the guy said he would tell them to come deliver it and give an extra bottle for the mistake waited another 30 mins and still nothing called back they said they were coming still nothing in the end of it took them almost 2 hours to deliver the pop
