The service was excellent—friendly and welcoming staff made the visit even better. They were attentive and made sure everything was just right. The food was a great as well. A Call for Hygiene at Tim Hortons My recent Tim Hortons visit highlighted a persistent hygiene issue: outdated, two-handled taps in the washrooms. It's unhygienic to re-contaminate hands by turning off taps after washing. For a busy food establishment, this is unacceptable. Upgrading to modern, touchless, or single-lever taps would be a minor expense, costing just a few hundred dollars. Tim Hortons should prioritize this simple yet crucial improvement for customer and staff health and safety.
