Sat in an emtpy drive thru for 13mins. Order a burger and apparently they dont have any ready so I need to sit for I was told 4mins for them to cook my burger. Another 10mins of waiting food finally comes out and without my drink and the fries are cold.If the idea of this place is the give you the worst and I mean the worst customer service they are winning.Horrible experience zero stars if I could. Definitely won't ever come back

I bought a mozza burger. It came with a lengthy on it. I brought it back to the drive throw and asked for refund. The lady gave me refund for the burger only. I said I want full refund. She replies, the hair is on the burger only. I told her, I don’t trust your cleannesses I don’t want the fries, neither the drink. Take them all and give my money back.She was not happy to reimburse me. But she did.

From the watered-down root beer to the rubbery, dry burger patties, this was not up to the standard we have come to expect of A&W. How is it even possible to make dry and pasty onion rings and french fries? Huge disappointment.

Food cooled off very fast. Eggs were cold to eat. Service was great, friendly employee. Feel that breakfast for 2 is fairly high compared to a regular restaurant such as Zaks. Yes it was cheaper by$ 10-$15 with tip...but atmosphere and food is better.Fast food is getting more expensive...closer to a restaurant experience unfortunately.Vegetarian options: They subbed cheese for the bacon
