Booster Juice

Another Booster Juice scam today. I got an email today promoting a free booster ball if you buy a drink. I go to buy and drink and the manager had to explain to me and the guy behind me in line as well that in the fine print you don’t actually get a free booster call. Picture attached.
Another day another corporation scamming.

Booster Juice is my favourite place to get a good smoothie or beverage period. Their Mango hurricane has been my staple go to drink and I don’t mind sticking to it. Any location is good in the Nepean and Kanata/Stittsville area because I’ve tried them all but overall I like

Always waiting for someone to come to the till or at least say they will be with me shortly. I'm constantly having to leave before even getting to order because I need to get back to work off break. Thanks 👍🏽 now I'm having to go without because the service isn't up to good standards, even when I drove past the lady behind me still didn't get served. Not good 👎🏽

MOLD IN THE WATER THEY KEEP THE SORBET SCOOPS IN. CONSISTENTLY. That's mold right in your smoothie. Not the mention the ants.

Ordered 2 smoothies and a matcha drink off Uber and someone took a drink of the match drink. You can tell as the lid was opened and there was the drink residue on top of the lid. Also not to mention they put my order in a white garbage bag!

They were kind when letting my 9 year old order for himself. Good quality great service.

Having little girls work alone in the middle of the night is just disgusting. The safety of your employees is more important than saving money.

Mia is one of if not the best employee at the shop. She always makes the best smoothies I’ve ever had in my life and always makes them with care too. Unfortunately she’s not there all the time which is fine I guess, but when she is in I get super excited to have another great smoothie! Keep up the great work Mia!!!

Sadly zero greeting, zero friendliness, almost turned around to leave to be honest but wanted a juice so here we are. Could definitely use some customer service training. Making everyone feel unwelcome is a sure fire way to lose customers.

It's ok... Staff wasn't as friendly as other locations that I've been to... Could've been the day...The smoothie was good... No issues with the order.

+20 minutes for a smoothie and a shot with 3 people working. No customer service & a lost key to a locked bathroom.
