Someone throwing up in the bathroom. First time at chipotle, this store is way over hyped. Just make food at home for cheaper and healthier. Never will crave this place.

the customer service make you feel like a nuisance, just one modification, they roll there eyes and sigh. Very unwelcoming.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I just came out buying food from here, staff working at night (around 10ish) was soo sweet!!!!! ❤️!!! Surely will come again!!

Small portions, several toppings not available, dining room filthy, only chicken as protein available, no veggies mix and service was pathetic. The crew strength was lean so owner can make profit. Bad food and Bad service but staff not to be blamed its the owners who wants to make more money SLAVING their staff

Went on a rather busy night and it was clear that this place does not staff enough to handle it. Indoor orders were being ignored to service the drive through. Only one meat option was available as the rest were all out. Several toppings were not available as they were all out. The lobby was absolutely filthy. The food was absolutely no better than any other burrito chain restaurant, but it was certainly more expensive and smaller portions.

The staff were certainly trying their best, but it's clear that they run on a skeleton crew to help with profit margins. Overall I don't really recommend going here at all. You can get a burrito that is just as good, for cheaper, elsewhere in the Kanata-Stittsville area

I’m very disappointed to see that Chipotle deleted my review where I said that the food is inconsistent at this location. Some days the bowls are perfect but as others have constantly mentioned there is a chance you’ll get stale rice, protein, and chips. It’s not fun biting onto hard rice or a soft chip that hasn’t been properly cooked. Chipotle is unfortunately one of the healthier fast food so I’ll still be going to this location but the quality here is a hit or miss. Buyer beware because you’ll be paying $25-$30 for a bowl, guacamole and chips so make sure those metal containers are full or they might give you food that’s been left out for a while.

Chipotle is my favourite restaurant, there isn’t one in Kingston, so any time I’m up this way, I ALWAYS stop here, same restaurant, same great taste and amazing service! Thank you

Over several visits to this establishment, I have learned that they have great service and really take care of the customer. Occasionally, the music is too loud.

Been visiting Chipotle a lot when traveling in the US and was super excited that this opened up near the house.

Just like the most recent posts, I echo that the staff are absolutely horrible with zero customer service. If you ask for any modifications they seem pissed off and like another comment, they scrape the bottom of their containers to meet minimum portions instead of having fresh options ready to go. Ordered steak and was told it would be 15 minutes for the meat to be cooked. Sorry?

The staff acts like the food they are providing is coming directly off their own plate and results in a completely different experience from other Chiptoles we have visited.

I give this place another few months before it folds due to crap customer service, basic food, dirty tables and horrific portion sizes.

If you want a true Chipotle experience in Ortawa, go to the Lansdowne location. Its 5/5 on everything with amazing staff, fresh food/toppings, cleanliness etc.

Shame on the owners here. Your locations sucks in every aspect.

Not a single customer in the restaurant and every single table was dirty, the counter was filthy with food caked in the inserts, everything mostly empty. Staff looks disinterested and no pep in their step to fix the mess. They scrape the bottom of the inserts to give you your tiny portion… worst location i’ve been to. Sat there for 30 minutes eating without any new customers and no staff bothered to fix the filth
