Chipotle Mexican Grill

I found the quality of the food and service to be unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this issue is addressed.

The food preparation and presentation were disappointing. There appeared to be no rotation of the inserts, and many of them were nearly empty. The lettuce was frozen, suggesting the items had been sitting out for an extended period. Furthermore, the portion size of the rice I received was extremely small, significantly less than what is standard.

Overall, the dining experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I was frankly surprised by the low standards of the facility.

I would appreciate it if someone could look into these issues.

Consistently poor food service and portions. I gave them more than 4-5 tries. Really bad !

First time trying Chipotle and I’m so incredibly disappointed. I love healthier bowl-style takeout options and I heard a lot of great things. I got a burrito bowl with beef and drove a total of 40 mins to try this only for it to be completely inedible. I don’t know if it’s the recipe or if it was made wrong? But it was an absolute salt bomb. I would not recommend this and I’ll probably never go back.

I would give zero star if I can. Horrible horrible horrible service. I have been a chipotle fan for years and this branch has been nothing but disappointment. Chipotle head office should look into this branch management. I know you are better than this.

Omg you guys are so bad and keep getting worse with quantity and quality of food. I just had to come back and write this again. I barely got any food for the takeout I ordered. I think this is the end of Chipotle for me after spending hundreds of dollars here. Seriously you are not worth it.

Portions were tiny, ingredients seemed old, meat was rubbery and not palatable. Overall the flavour, quality and experience was off compared to other Chipotle locations. I also found a small piece of metal like material, possibly foil in my meal? — unacceptable. Won’t be back and definitely do not recommend.

food was terrible. service was fast and great but i've never been to a chipotle where i've been inclined to write a bad review. based on the other reviews it is safe to say i am not alone. i think they could afford to try other chipotle's to uphold this location to the same standards because the food was horrendous. mushy rice, bland. disappointing for somewhere you are spending upwards of $20-$30 a person

Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve eaten at plenty. The staff here were unbelievably rude, rushing me through my order like I was wasting their precious time. I couldn’t even finish saying what I wanted before they were slapping on random toppings and shoving the burrito down the line. The food was awful, bland, soggy, and somehow both cold and stale. The chips tasted like cardboard that’s been sitting open for a week. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you’d think they’d at least pretend to care. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the brand.

After leaving, I checked the reviews and saw how many people had the same terrible experience, no wonder. I wish I’d looked before going.

I have been to this place twice and the food itself tastes good but be prepared for the stomach pain that always follows. I am currently typing this whilst fighting for my life on the throne thinking about how discoloured the corn looked.

The place is huge and well kept. However the food is subpar. The quality for the price is not great! The options for toppings are inadequate, the free sauces are just bottled sauces!? I’ll definitely go back to Mucho or Barburrito for variety, quality and taste.
