I thought I liked Firehouse Subs before because it was without doubt one of the best places for a quality sub sandwich but after today’s visit, I want to go back because of the great customer service and positive experience. It is rare to find a fast-casual spot where the staff treats you like a regular, even on your first visit.

What really pushed this visit over the top was how the manager and staff handled an issue I had with payment. The team did not make me feel unwelcome, pressured or embarrassed as I tried to figure things out. I really appreciated this afterwards and thought to myself that if I was anywhere else, that would have gone completely different. Thank you again and “I will be back!”

I went with the Hook & Ladder spicy pickle sub, and it was everything I hoped for—warm - extremely warm, flavourful, and packed with premium fresh ingredients. You can tell they don’t cut corners on quality.

The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had that signature firefighter theme that gives Firehouse Subs its charm. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, it’s an easy 5/5 from me. Can’t wait to go back!

I usually took orders from this restaurant for delivery most of the time i met with only one girl i guess her name was something planet related .so my special appreciation is for this girl always welcoming everyone kindly and with smile .

I remember last time i came i was so sad but when i talked with that girl it makes me feel so better .i wanted to award her on that moment but i felt that is the good way how i can thank her.

Love the interior of the restaurant with interesting signs and wood pattern furniture. Go here many times after sporting events and the subs are consistently delicious each time, and service is always just as great. Genuinely nice people serving your food ads to the experience heavily and they do a fantastic job at that.

This is the best Firehouse Subs in the city. The staff always goes above and beyond and always have a smile on their faces. Love going here.

This Place Had Very Nice Employees Very Good Food Me And My Family Loved It It Was Super Good I Would Recommend To Lots Of People The Only Thing That Was Kinda Bad Is That I Didn't Have Alot Of Drink Choices Only Really Diet Stuff But Other Than That 10 Out Of 10 I Will Go There Again 👍
