Pretty disappointed the last half a dozen times. I order online to the Stittsville location and walk over to pickup but more often than not I'm waiting 15-20 minutes in store after the time I was given that it would be ready. They always seem to be behind. I even once placed an order hours before with a pickup time of 6pm and I was still waiting around 20 minutes.
I understand they are busy and I don't mind waiting but I'd like accurate pickup times instead of expecting it to be ready at a certain time and having it not be. Makes planning difficult when I can't count on a set time.
Plenty of pizza joints in Stittsville. I'll be trying some others going forward. I'm pretty sure they switched owners recently and the new ones aren't nearly as good.

The pizza itself was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked with a crispy, golden crust, fresh ingredients, and the ideal balance of cheese and toppings.
The quality of the ingredients really stood out – you can tell they use only the best. The pizza was hot, flavorful, and satisfying from the first bite to the last. Plus, the portions were generous, making it excellent value for money.
I also loved how fast and friendly the service was. The staff in Stittsville are always professional, and the delivery is quick and efficient. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Ordered online. Charged $.50 for the privilege of saving them money. This amount did not appear on my invoice at time of order. This is unethical. Pizza also arrived late with no offer of compensation. I've been a regular since they opened. I'll need to rethink that.

Ordered pizza online at 10:52am for 5pm delivery. 5:15, online says it was delivered. Yet no pizza. Called and spoke to supervisor. She said the restaurant wouldn't answer the phone. Didn't offer a refund or anything....no pizza...last time I order from

Guy at cash uses the cash machine, then the mouse and keyboard Then immediately holds and cuts 10 pizzas without washing hands, so gross. I'm still waiting for pizzas that are 20 mins late and counting. I won't be back here.

pretty disappointed in our recent past few visits. we always do takeout and recently there’s been orders lately where things are missing. when i went back to collect our missing items, there was no apology or anything from the workers. i think it’s also slightly rude for the employees to be wearing airpods while assisting customers. as someone who works in customer service, if you are gonna wear em, take them out while speaking to people, it’s the polite thing to do. i love gabriel’s, food is great, and i hate to be the person who writes bad reviews, but come on guys

Very disappointed! It was doughy.. i wanted my peperoni on top.. its a topping not an undering.. just stop doing that already gross slimy peperoni! I used to love Gabes! Now its Comparable to little ceasers, At least they know where toppings go!! On top of the cheese!!
