I feel the need to leave a review here after experiencing a wonderful moment of customer service. I have been served by Devon before, and when I opened up my app order (made by her as written on the bag), there were positive messages written on the lids of every bowl. It’s little things like this that make peoples days, it certainly made my family and I’s. This location is great :)

The food is good but I don’t know how this place manages to hire both the rudest and the nicest employees. Me and my wife have been visiting at least once a week for dinner for a while but each experience is very different. There were some friendly people working on the evenings we visit but lately it seems like they switched to different people. It is also often understaffed, sometimes to the point we genuinely feel bad for the people working.

I went in a couple nights ago and truly found a new favourite food! I was served by Devyn, who greeted me with kindness and made a delicious bibimbowl! The wheel spin event is super fun, and i recommend that everyone gives this place a try!

I ordered 2 Maple farm bowls(one with piri piri tofu and one with piri piri chicken) from mad radish today. I was greatly disappointed. The tofu was very dry and hard. instead of brown rice which is default in the Maple farm bowl, they replaced it with vermicelli on their own. The vermicelli was very cold and dry also and had got stuck together. I was expecting a refreshing bowl but instead received a very cold and dry one. Will probably not order again.

Love the variety of choices for the food and the employees are always kind and helpful when I am ordering with my dietary restrictions! However this specific franchise needs a lot of improvement. Visited 5-6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it seemed understaffed with only 1 or 2 people working. My most recent visit a few nights ago finally pushed me to write a review about it. There were once again only 2 people working who were very clearly struggling to keep up with the orders. They were very apologetic about the whole situation so my wife and I just ended up leaving and buying something from the store next door simply because we felt bad for those young girls, one of which was getting yelled at by another customer as we left. As someone with experience in restaurant management, I understand being understaffed at times but this has been the case for all my visits. Won’t be visiting again.

Service is bad, they barely acknowledge your presence, look at you or smile.They made a mistake, I asked for sauce on the side and the employee making the food definitely showed his frustration at me.Only 1 guy making the food and 1 running the cash register. Seems understaffed.
A bit too pricey for the big amount of greens you get vs the low ratio of protein and other items in the bowl. Only 1 guy was working when we came in, so orders started to line up.

Absolutely love the amazing vegan options, and this location has the best service. It’s our go-to lunch in the west end. Their vegan mad cesar and smashed chickpea sammy are to die for. The only bad thing is that they don’t have even more vegan options. I’d love to see the rosemary foccasia back! ❤️
Meat is halal and delicious, healthy food for busy people, the only downside is they don’t warm up the sandwiches which is really upsetting for me. I would love to have a warm nice sandwich
