Maverick's Donuts, Stittsville

Ordered a set of donuts which arrived without any bag, just in thin paper box. 5 minutes later a squirrel cracked the box and started to eat my donuts. I’ve called to the Maverick’s but there was a person without any basic English knowledge. I barely understood that they don’t have any bags, just the boxes (that’s why I am calling to you). Poor service.

I usually go to get some donuts. Today was notva good day. I was about to ask for some donuts and there were flies flying around the donuts. Really disgusting. Did you change your staff? The person didn't even realized or at least offered an apology for that. Be careful with cleaning. It is not the first time.

The staff here go above and beyond! I had ordered 4 dozen mini donuts for my baby shower and our order got lost and the donuts were not ready when my friend went to pick them up. Not only did Liz immediately apologize, she baked the donuts fresh and then delivered them to our baby shower venue in Carp for the time it started. It was incredible customer service and we are so grateful to her. The mini donuts were also delicious and were completely gone! Thank you again Liz!!!

To be honest they donuts are hyped. They are not as good as they claim to be. The only one I actually like is the plain ones or the ones with the cinnamon sugar. All the fancy ones are expensive and don't taste that great. I wouldn't recommend as they are also very pricey.

Pam and the staff at the Stittsville location are so wonderful always to deal with! Pam took my phone order for custom birthday donuts for my son’s 11th and she delivered!!! He loved them!! Thank you for always being so great. We love Maverick’s!! 🍩🍩🍩
