Totally crap sevice,things have really gone down hill,can't even rely on you for fast food anymore,total waste of my time

My biggest complaint is half the time they're not open on the time that they're supposed to be open for. For example, if it's supposed to be 6:00 in the morning, I've seen times where it's 10 after or longer and it's still not open

I rate the water an A+, the salt level is perfect.
Color can vary, but general level of clear is outstanding - another A+. Temperature also varies so we can't rate it

Missed half my order at drive thru. Went back, and they clearly gave it to someone else, had to remake it. Got home and found that they messed it up again and gave the wrong items despite me waiting at least 30 minutes after ordering ahead on the app, half my order is now cold and the other half is wrong!

Probably the worst McDonald’s in Eastern Ontario. It’s always in a state of disarray in there. Trash cans overflowing, dirty tables, dirty floors — don’t you dare walk into those bathrooms!! 🤮… on top of that, check out this masterpiece they served me the other day. Brought it up to the counter folks once my meal was complete — they couldn’t have cared less! Here’s some photos… that’ll be my last visit to this location.

They didn’t cancel my uber order until almost an hour after placing it & them accepting it.

I spent 15 dollars on 3 McFlurrys and got scammed. I got 2 medium skors and both of them were only filled up halfway. Then I got an Oreo and paid extra for them to put hot fudge in it and they didn’t. The fact that both of my skors were only halfway filled and I didn’t even get the hot fudge I paid extra for is appalling to me.

I hope this finds the owners or management. I work in the same plaza as this McDonalds and my store closes at 10pm, when I get off work, I atleast expect the drive thru to be open, as its supposed to be open 24 hours. It seems the staff like the put garbage cans in front of the drive thru to block it at around 930/10pm. When I called to ask they said they were closed to clean the kitchen but I have a few things about that.

Once I saw one of your staff sleeping in your dining room. right out in the open for customers to see.
I understand having to clean a kitchen and I respect that, but when there are business's around you with people still getting off work 930-10pm, we expect to at least be able to use the drive thru. You guys are open 24 hours and have staff there 24 hours so I don't understand why they don't do the cleaning after midnight and close the drive thru then. they have lost mine and many others business due to this and its starting to make me not want to even try your store at all

Please speak with your staff because blocking your drive thru that's supposedly 24 hour at 10pm is unacceptable.

Does not matter time of day or items ordered at the drive through. We always have a 10 to 15 minutes wait for our food. Which is always cold when they bring it out to us.

Clean location with friendly staff and quick service. Orders are usually accurate, and the dining area is well-kept. Drive-thru can get busy at peak times, but it moves fairly quickly. A solid spot for a quick bite in Stittsville.

450 am ordered bacon egg with cheese on an English muffin two hash browns. 505 am couldn't stand the incompetence and had to drive away after paying without my food. Seriously, this makes me concerned for humanity. I have never experienced stupidity like this. Sad day for the human race. Thanks Corporate
