I am in the drive thru while writing this. I’ve been in this drive thru for 25 minutes now and there’s still 3 cars ahead of me. Service is extremely slow, got here at 12:05am, it is now 12:30.. This is ridiculous! They’re not even open inside I’m unsure as to why this is taking so long.. Don’t come to this location.

Google maps states opened 24hrs. Drive thru was blocked off with garbage cans and an employee was sitting by the door and waved us to leave and said it wasn't open.

Sundays are now paper cups and a disgusting wood spoons. Changes the taste.

BWT, staff are good, not there fault

Honestly never thought I’d leave a review at a McDonald’s. But any time I come here late night, Shine is working and dude is super friendly and attentive. Guy brewed fresh pot of coffee even though they were closed for cleaning at 3am, then sparked a little convo while it brewed. One of the better McDonald’s around Stittsville/Kanata for sure. (Shout out to the other girl working too, didn’t get her name)

The McDonald's employees made my 6 piece chicken nugget only with 5 chicken nuggets, then my boyfriend ate 1, and I was left with only 4 chicken nuggets.

ordered through uber eats, called about missing item through uber and was told to call the mcdonald’s, upon calling the mcdonald’s i was met with no answer, deeply disappointed

Lost my mobile order while in drive through at 11pm Oct 19 and told me to go to the back of the line ( already waited 20 min) to be behind 7 more cars instead of letting me re order. I just left. Bad customer service.

I place order on uber eats they didn’t put the McFlurry and brownie cookies they ask me to come they will make me compensation order and afterword they were so rude and they are so messed up I have previously bad experience with them as well I have to wait 45 min on drive through to get my order on contrary I place order 20 min before on app so I don’t have to wait long on line

No gravy on poutine. No forks in bag.
