Clean location with friendly staff and quick service. Orders are usually accurate, and the dining area is well-kept. Drive-thru can get busy at peak times, but it moves fairly quickly. A solid spot for a quick bite in Stittsville.
Asian girl at the second window at about 1:50 pm aug 11 2025 pretty sure she’s a manager too somehow. She has a big attitude problem and terrible customer service. Someone get that girl in check😭 baby you work at McDonald’s drop the attitude.
I frequently go to this McDonald's staff are really friendly and are really helpful. I always get curbside pickup/delivery. It is always fast and on time. The only reason why it's not a five-star experience is a lot of the time. They do not have apple pies ready when I order. But they compensate well with any other pastry that you like. Overall a good location to visit. And coffee is always fresh compared to other locations and accurately made.
