I don’t enjoy the staff arguing with me over whose fault it is that our pizza took two hours to arrive.

Never ever buy their nacho platter, intense stomach pain, was immited to queens hospital over night for food posening, I think it was the meat chunks . Be careful I wouldn't want any one to go though what I just did

This was are go to pizza place since they opened many years ago. Great pizza freash ingredients. No longer, pizza was no diffrent then some of those international chains was like cardboard, boneless wings were dry and over cooked. We dropped alot of money, time to look for a new place, so many to choose from in stittsville.

We have ordered from Milano Pizza in Stittsville many times and it was consistently good. This time we tried the gluten free combination pizza, 2 pizza deal and it was absolutely the worst pizza we’ve ever eaten. The dough was undercooked and hardly any cheese or toppings on it. It tasted like sawdust! My daughter had to leave the table because she was feeling ill. We expected a lot more for $45.00. Sadly, despite Milano being conveniently close, we won’t be eating there again! Yuk!! I hate the feeling of being ripped off!

Inedible. Easily the worst pizza I've ordered in recent memory; cold, soggy, and uncooked. The offensively bad garlic cheese bread went straight into the green bin upon arrival. As for the pizza, we choked down what we could to not be wasteful, but if you're reading this, please consider ANY other food ordering service before going with Milano Stittsville. I very much regret ordering from here and will never be making this mistake again. Hopefully I can save you the same aggravation.

Best deal for Gluten Free and/or Dairy Free pizza in Stittsville - they don't charge extra! They get our frequent and repeat business as a result. Their website ordering has improved, but I find it only works on Chrome. Fast service too, very happy with Milano's Stittsville. Take out or Delivery only, no eat in, just a heads up.

Best pizza I’ve had in years. The crust was the perfect thickness. Flavourful and cooked to perfection. Delivery was quick and the staff were amazing. I can’t wait to visit the area again.Thanks for the great food and service!

Ordered from Stittsville location via Uber Eats. Zucchini was pretty good - the club sandwich was awful. Bacon BITS they use for pizza instead of actual bacon slices and 3 slices of generic deli turkey. All wonder bread and very little filling. Limp lettuce and minimal tomato. 17 bucks. Won’t order that again.

WOW WOW WOW what more can I say about this place the food is a work of art the staff are so kind and welcoming they make you feel like you’re at home I ordered the pizza and wings deal the pizza made me feel a way I’ve never did before and the wings just the right amount of sauce… owners were lovely and even on a Friday evening the order wasn’t late I could sit for hours talking about how much I love this place … This is definitely mine and my family’s go to place every Friday !!!

Vegetarian options: My family and I are muslims and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the order!!!!!! WOW

We are done giving this place second chances. Their pizza was good two years ago. Since then, the toppings have been cut in half, their prices are the most expensive and you will be lucky if they bring the drinks you paid for 3/10 orders. The food is always cold, takes 1.5 hrs and on occasions they will charge your debit twice and refuse to refund it back on the card!Check out one of the two stone cold subs they delivered with lettuce and 3 paper thin slices of meat. What a rip off. You will be out of business if you keep that up. We won't ever be ordering from here again. I have learned my lesson $47 later! If you want a sub, go to subway. If you want good pizza at a fair price try Willy's.If you want something like this sub try the dumpster!
