Terrible experience today, the guys fail to attend in time and they are busy mopping floors and scrubbing their skewers.

They left the wrap on the table after putting on all the dressings, as a result it was soggy in no time and lost its freshness... They put it in another wrap and on the grill where they burn it up... I had to tell them it's burning and they use the same gloves with soap on it with all the food items ...

If you guys are in a rush and want to close the shop why bother opening it up at all after 9...

Hazardous conditions with them using all sort of toxic cleaners while the food is still on the live counter ..

One of the best shawarmas I’ve had in this city. The meat is nice and tender, chicken is seasoned really well and their garlic is amazing. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was their tahini sauce hence the 4 stars. It’s too watery and doesn’t really taste like tahini.

Does not matter which location you go to. By far the best shawarma in Ottawa. The beef plate is the best beef in the city. Also their plates are huge so bring a friend to share it with.

Very nice place and always lets us sit in there establishment during our lunch break. All of the students love this place and really appreciate there very nice and clean business.

Great portions, food was very fresh, staff were very nice respectful, diligently prepared our order. We took take out so wasn't there for long but I did notice that something was off and it was the atmosphere, may be put on some music and some vibes. Regardless, great job with the food. Loved it.
