Few days back, I went for pickup and a girl over there was making a wrap. I could see that forgot to add hot sauce. I told her that she might have missed it. She agreed to it but then wanted to give it on side..
No it doesn’t work that way !!

I placed my order early just because I dont get late but when I reached the location and asked about my order then they started to prepare my order. What's the point of placing prior order?. And the store was not busy at all. Two guys were scrolling reels and one lady was talking to the customer. There was just one customer in there. I waited in there for 15 minutes.

Service was terrible, the cashier took my partners order then completely dismissed me as if I wasn’t there. My partner spoke up and said we weren’t done ordering, the cashier then took my order, rushing throw it as if he didn’t want to be there.
Floors were soaking wet and slippery…
