I got the 2 person meal. The food is mediocre. The salad was soggy and the chicken was dry and hard. The garlic sauce had no garlic flavour. You might as well go another minute down the road to an actual shawarma place.

I went there on Oct 15 and got a sandwich and I found a bread clip in the middle of my sandwich and when I went to show the employees all they said was sorry and saying that it was busy so I Spoke to the manger and he took my information and said the owner will contact me and that never happened and it’s been 4 days later. Terrible place and very dishonest place.

I’m a regular customer of Osmos, and this was my first time ordering from this location. While the food was as tasty as always, I was disappointed by the portion sizes. My Chicken on the Rocks had very little chicken, and the shawarma poutine was lacking in gravy, cheese, and chicken. The taste is consistently great, but the small portions are concerning. I’ve also noticed that other customers have mentioned this issue before, yet nothing seems to have changed. Hopefully, they can address this going forward.

My dad ordered food here and he asked for mild but when we ate them it was very very spicy and we even had them last time but it wasn't this spicy. Not to be racist but your Indian workers add too much spice just because they can handle a lot can you guys please tell them to put the required amount.
Bought a medium chicken on sticks last night. Dry fries super dry chicken none to little garlic sauce. Miss the days when they had newly started and had great food. Staff tries their best not sure why standards are falling.
