Literally the best pizza in the city of Ottawa. Bravo ???

One of the best pizza places in Kanata/Stittsville or even all of Ottawa probably. Been comparing this place to others for many years and it’s always on top.

I tried the ice cream there (chocolate and cookie ) , it was amazing ! The place is vantage and cozy. Enough parking and the owner is a great man with an amazing attitude. Enjoy !

Thee best pizza in the world. We drive 45 mins to get a Papa Sam's pizza because we can not find a better one. Highly recommend them!

Worst wings I've ever gotten.
Dry ,half of the wings didn't even have meat on them. Tried calling them to tell them how awful they were but no one answered (called 3 seperate times )

Wow- and I don't mean that in a good way. We had been to this restaurant pre COVID and everything was great-food service etc. Ordered a med 1topping pizza sign says please add 15% to menu prices. Total with tax should have been $20.46 I said I would pay cash, owner opened the cash (without ringing up the sale) and said that will be $22.00 no receipt with tax was provided..hmmm. Asked for plates and cutlery, (which had been provided outdoors the last time) was given two minute styrofoam plates and tiny useless plastic utensils. When we asked for actual utensils we were told no- plastic only because I gave you the takeout price?? There is literally only one menu and was charged more anyway. Went back to speak to the owner and explained that our previous experience had been so much better. Owner became immediately combative now telling me no utensils were allowed on the patio as per City of Ottawa because of some previous altercation involving cutlery outside huh? Then he told me utensils were for indoor dining only so I asked why he didn't just say that in the first place. Needless to say he just kept talking over myself and my husband. I have never, as a customer been treated so badly, I think the owner is burnt out and needs to call it a day. Wish I had read the reviews first. All in all a terrible experience and on my husband's b-day to boot!!

We love taking the family there for milkshakes and ice cream. The owners are always gentle with customers.I would highly recommend to pay with cash so this local business doesn't get a profit cut from using the machine for credit cards

My teen daughter went there with her two friends and treated them to some food and pops. Sadly it was a terrible experience and my daughter was so upset. She spent $35 for chicken fingers and fries (she and her friends agreed) that they were awful! She couldn’t even eat it and threw it away. The poutine she ordered for her friends was better however the pops they received tasted like it had been there for a decade. To top it off the pamphlet the restaurant had wasn’t even up to date with pricing. I did call the shoe but the person who answered was very rude and defensive so I see why a young person would feel intimidated to say anything about the issues they had with their order. Terrible all around! You need to do better.
