We absolutely love Red Swan. It's one of the best pizza places in Ottawa! The unique types of pizzas offer so many more options than the classics you get elsewhere. The Butter Paneer and Tikka Paneer are two of my top choices. The flavours are out of this world! We love the fact that they also offer vegan cheese for dairy allergies and have always been incredibly diligent to ensure no cross contamination. The staff there are beyond helpful and are always there to greet you with a smile and top notch service. Food is already hot and ready on time. The weekly specials make it easy to treat ourselves without breaking the bank.

Brutal experience. I waited over 1.5 hours for delivery, and when I finally called, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. No proactive update, no apology, no effort to make it right.
If you’re hungry and want to eat, this is the wrong place to order from. This review is specifically for the Financial Drive location, and the order was placed directly through their own app.

Chosen this place based on a friend’s recommendation, expecting great pizza, but it was a letdown. I raised a simple concern about the chicken pizza toppings, but the lady manager responded rudely (unprofessional and unethical), as if I was asking for food (lol). I brought it up respectfully, yet was met with defensiveness instead of basic courtesy. Feedback should be taken seriously, not brushed off. Disappointed overall.
I had originally chosen not to leave a public review. Instead, I came to the store and shared my concern directly, out of respect, because I understand the effort an owner ( as I do own a business & I know the hard-work behind) puts into building a business and maintaining a good reputation. I believed it was better to talk face-to-face rather than criticize publicly. But unfortunately, the response I received showed no willingness to listen or understand. When a customer makes the effort to speak privately, it should be seen as a sign of respect, not an opportunity to dismiss their concern.
Then I ordered two pizzas, one paneer and one chicken, with two toppings each (paneer(2) & chicken(2)). For one of them, we asked for paneer as a topping, but the quantity was noticeably low. When we pointed this out politely, the manager didn’t seem to care. Shockingly, she touched the paneer in the pizza made directly and tried to “prove” there were two paneer pieces per slice, which was not only unhygienic but also dismissive. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from anyone in a management position hope you people from management might.
