This was the best tasting "fancy" coffee I had in Ottawa during my stay. It was well made by the barista with good ingredients.

I ordered the toffee nut banana latte and had a hard time choosing with all the other unique offerings.

The cafe itself was a bit small and best suited to small tables. It did get a bit noisy at times with the espresso machine in the background; reasonable tradeoff for the quality.

They seemed pretty relaxed about people setting up for longer stays. The only thing that was really awkward was them having you wait for your order at the counter - there wasn't enough standing space for that and I couldn't really hear her calling anything out. I wasn't sure as a first timer if the drink on the counter was mine.

Overall still a great experience if you want to savour your morning brews.

Cozy, nice interior and great service

I would not recommend this place. When I went here with a friend of mine, we parked in the back, and I guess parked in a reserved spot? Anyway, the manager, I cannot imagine this person was a patron, a middle-aged blonde woman, was outside with her husky and started making racist comments about my companion/Asians. We just left.. horrible experience.

A busy and happening place. While it was busy, there was still seats available.
Ordered a couple of mocha's and a lemonade. The strawberry peach lemonade was really neat looking, and tasted great. No one flavour overpowered the others, and it wasn't pure sugar, just the right amount of sweetness.
The oat milk mocha's were also great. They listed the size as a medium but it is more like a large, which I am not complaining about at all. A great mix of strong coffee and cocoa, with a good amount of foam, it only left me wanting more because it was so good. I should have bought 2 for myself.

Parking: A small lot around the back, though be careful as there are 2 lots at the back and the lot closest is reserved for tenants of the building. The 2nd lot only had space for around 9 cars (maybe due to winter snow plowing). There is street parking available.

Great spot. AMAZING service and desert and coffee and hot chocolate were thoroughly enjoyed. We'll be back for sure.

Parking: Easy to find and even the city lot near the flower shop isn't far at all. The sign was super helpful thank you.

Despite there being a good amount of seating, its mostly taken up by people on their laptops. We couldn't find seating anywhere. It's hard to visit this cafe if you can't expect to be able to sit down. Won't be coming back.

I have been coming to Ritual to study for the past few weeks and have absolutely fallen in love with this place. The staff are incredibly kind and personable, the beverages are delicious, and the atmosphere is well-suited to my productivity needs. I strongly recommend Ritual for a cozy and cute place to get a hot chocolate and/or coffee!

First time here with my daughters and the place is super cute and cozy. We ordered the cinnamon coconut latte, iced matcha and strawberry smoothie and they were all fantastic. Shout out to the worker on duty who stayed 45 minutes past closing (7pm) so that we could have a little more time to hangout. Great customer service and can’t wait to come back!
