I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. After making a purchase, I was given 5 pesos instead of the $2 I was owed in change. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they refused to correct the mistake or offer any form of reimbursement. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in terms of customer service. Simply disgusting.

Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to all raw fruit and veggies, and Anis made sure to keep those out of my wrap while making it delicious!
Wheelchair accessibility: I love that the counter is low enough to see the display items and use the terminal for wheelchair uses, and dare I say… the workplace for someone that may apply for a job!

This cafe is inside the Cardel Rec Centre, The owner is amazing, and the French Fries is what I always go back to. Now they have soft ice cream machine, I can't wait to try it. Those fresh warm cookies are also amazing.My kids used to go to hockey and after school program, the quality over the past 10 years as always been good, and consistent.So happy to see your face when I go at the Rec Centre, you always have a smile o your face, both Ramia & Rami, and you always had a little extra for my kids.
