Two fresh smash beef patties, topped with maple bourbon caramelized onions, jalapeno havarti, house pickled jalapenos and Scratch jerk aioli.
Double Bacon Scratch Burger
Two hand pressed beef patties, seasoned to perfection. Topped with Scratch bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and Scratch maple sriracha mayo.
Cubano
Maple bourbon Scratch ham, Scratch pulled pork, smoked provolone cheese, Scratch pickles, and Scratch mustard, on a buttered bun that is pressed for that signature Cubano crunch.
Jalapeno Bacon Melt
Two smash burger patties, jalapeno havarti cheese, from-scratch bbq sauce and a bacon jalapeno chutney – topped with Scratch gluten-free onion crisps.
RnS Burger (Vegetarian)
From-Scratch veggie patty, made with black beans and red lentils. Dressed with brie cheese, maple bourbon caramelized onions, tomatoes, a watermelon vinaigrette slaw and our maple/sriracha aioli.

22-hour smoked brisket, pulled and smothered in Scratch BBQ sauce, placed on a garlic thyme toasted bun and topped with jalapeno havarti, pickled jalapenos and gluten-free onion crisps. Served with a side of our 36-hour smoked brisket gravy for dunking.

This food truck is PHENOMENAL!!! Whether you go to the SGB or to the Cluck version, you are in for a treat. Chef Reggie greets you with his smile and amazing positive attitude. The menu is simple yet tasteful and of course all the chicken and beef are HALAL and he has Gluten Free options and I mean lots of them including gluten free FRIED CHICKEN when the Click food truck is open.

This is a must try and a must visit food truck if you are in Stittsville. YUM...

In Stittsville we are very, very lucky to have a food truck of this calibre. The owner is not a cook, he is a chef who takes great pride and care in preparing the food he serves.

This is the best food truck I have ever been to and it’s so awesome to have it right here in my own town.

Great job guys! Great food and a modest staff who really cares about the food they produce and taking care of their customers.

I’m on a tour of local, Indy burger sellers this summer. No chains allowed. I just found and visited this Stittesville Gastro spot for the first time and it was worth the drive from Barrhaven. Great burger, impossibly good fries, appreciative, welcoming staff and an owner who is beyond appreciative, and very clean. I
