Mayur provided us an excellent experience all the way through the order as well as at cash and while we were seated. His personality is very cheerful and the humour he offered made my day. He assured me the foot long gingerbread cookie would be good and truthfully it was a tasteful cake makeup 😮💨. I appreciated his company tonight.

Went in with a code to get a 6-inch sub for $2 when you get a footlong, from the subway app, at a participating location, and told me they could not use this code since my 6-inch was a different type of sub than my footlong. Even though it clearly states that you can buy ANY footlong sub and get a 6-inch. The employee made me wait 30mins so that they could speak with their manager, and all that they could offer me was 50% off the 6-inch. If you offer a deal then that deal should be upheld no matter what, or be more specific with what the deal includes. That along with the employee being extremely rude is why this is a terrible Subway location that you should never come too.
UPDATE: The Subway just down the road accepted the coupon, I highly recommend driving just a bit further for the better customer service (no rude employees) and a much cleaner restaurant.

One of the new Canadians working at this location doesn't understand you can't just have gloves on your hands and then have your hands be clean permanently as long as the gloves are on. You can't wear gloves, manipulate the cash, touch multiple surfaces, and then go back to add the toppings and close up my sub. Don't know if it's an honest mistake or if buddy genuinely didn't see any issues with cleanliness, either way, gross.

Waited forever to be served even though we were second in line. They push you back for the Uber orders. Finally get to put our order in and they have one type of bread. Never coming back here. Service sucks.

I have always had great experiences here until tonight…..I found this small black plastic thing in my sub and It hurt my teeth. I am extremely disappointed and hope this does not happen to anyone else! I don’t even know what this thing is but it was in my sub and my mouth ??
