Not impressed. Pad Thai lacked flavour, no peanuts and was just noodles and gross dry chicken. Soup looked nice, bland as heck. Cutlery available was dirty. Had to wipe and sanitize our own table with paper towel and hand sanitizer. 2 stars is generous as it was a holiday Monday. Overpriced for the quality we received.

Before I went to order, I already saw how clean and calm the atmosphere was. I could already tell how the place was taken care of, if you told me it came out just today I would have believed you. The staffs were very kind and very understanding, they took the time to wait and I decided what I wanted which was the pad see ew. It was absolutely delicious. My experience here was incredible and delightful, I will make sure to come back here again and order the delicious pad see ew.

Vegetarian options: From my experience, they practically can have any dishes vegan if asked. For example, you can say “Chicken fried rice without chicken”.

Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options and allow you to add more protein, or less or none of the ingredients you want.

Parking: The parking has a lot of space and is always available

Kid-friendliness: Kids are also gonna enjoy these food. There are chicken pieces which are very delightful for the young generation.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are very kind and caring, they make sure to take the time to make everybody welcomed.

$20 for a extra tofu pad thai is literal robbery. Shame on this company. These are restaurant prices. Not fast food/takeout prices. This is absolutely shameful. Disgusting. Any quality of food you have achieved is dwarfed by these greedy nonsensical prices. Shame. Used to like thai express when it was $10 for a box.

minimum wage is 16.50. Their own workers could not afford to eat there... I'm honestly gobsmacked

Honestly for fast food, this is good. Thai express' pad see ew always hits. Their portion size was also super generous. Lots of beef and egg for about $13.Service was fast and the store was clean.

Ordered a shrimp pad thai and they put no shrimp in it, but chicken… Drove 30km to hotel before opening my food and realizing that. Very frustrating.

The old lady at the counter started yelling at us because we asked for two sauces... really unpleasant considering we paid 40 for two pad thai...
