Ordered from uber eats. It was supposed to be in a coconut curry with veggies (carrot, onion, green onion, coriander, ..)
It came as a bunch of noodles in water that tasted bad and definitely a food safety issue. literally dumped noodles in water with few bad tasting beef.
Picture of what it’s supposed to look like and have for reference.

Ordered Uber eats the taste of the food was just as usual, but our chicken is batter no chicken and I’m not kidding. The pieces that have “ Chicken” In them are the size of a pinky nail. Are used to have Thai express, but if this is their version of Trying to save a dollar then I won’t be back. Also, the chicken you can find doesn’t look very “chickeny”
I ordered food from them, wasnt what I wanted, so I tried calling them. and for literally 40 minutes, I tried calling and the never answered.

Hadn't been to Thai Express in years. It has gone way downhill. I ordered a red curry with chicken, and the chicken was nearly 100% chewy fat and gristle and I'm pretty sure it wasn't cooked all the way through. And the only vegetable in the thing was green pepper. It was completely inedible. I took about two bites and threw it out. I will not be back.

Agreeing with some of the other reviews on here; came here a few days ago and got a beef pad Thai, portion size is insanely small in comparison to a few years ago, you get a tiny box of mainly noodles. Pad Thai here used to come with fried egg, bean sprouts, and tofu mixed in, but now you just get maybe 5 pieces of beef and the rest is noodles for nearly $17!! The staff were great and so was service, but it’s just an outrageous price now for what you get.

It’s fast food so I wasn’t expecting anything exceptional but this was the best tasting tai express I’ve had in ages!! We had the pad see ew and the sauce was thick and flavourful, the beef in mine was tender and well seasoned. They had decent tunes playing over the radio which was nice too.

After a long business meeting at the Fairfield Inn, I decided to take a walk and happened to stop by Thai Express. The food was delicious and came out fast. The people were friendly, as always.

Food quality (taste and portion size) has gone down so much 😭 not the same as before. Way too expensive now for some noodles.

I always get take out from here and it’s hands down the best Thai express in the city. Other Thai express chefs should go here and take notes.

Ordered 2 pad thai and they were not eatable. No sauce at all very very dry that we couldn’t even eat few bites.used to love this place and the pad thai but now will never return. Customer service was so poor that the employees were actually angry that u have come to place an order. Please don’t waste your money.

Used to come here all the time, the food quality has become so terrible! We ordered the Thai Soup. I didn’t come with shaved carrots, cilantro, or crispy onions and more then half the broth (that taste like water) leaked though the cardboard bowl they gave us it in. Tried to give this place another chance but after today’s experience we won’t be back again.
