Visited Tim Hortons on September 20th evening for a quiet moment with my partner. At around 10:05 PM Unfortunately, the staff's loud conversation disrupted the ambiance, making it difficult to enjoy our visit. Disappointed with the noise level, which overshadowed the experience we are looking for. It was disappointing to see such disregard for the comfort of customers, especially during late hours when many come in to unwind. I hope the management takes note and encourages a much respectful environment for all guests.

I asked a question and they hung up real great service
Casher did not change her gloves after doing the cash, removing people had has already been served from the screen and continued with that same glove to get my donuts. When I asked her about it, she lied and said she changed gloves not knowing I was watching the whole time. Not safe food handling.

Ordered two xl tripple tripple coffees and after realizing the cream was chunky and gone bad. I turned around and went back to this coffee shop ask them to remake my coffee. The tenant working 4 AM shift told me that she had no more cream. It would be better if she could just make the two coffees black with three sugar in each I said fine. I’ll stir it up when I get home. But when I actually got home with the black coffees and stirred them up, there was a half inch of disgusting coffee grounds in both cups. After making several complaints to the store manager, who is completely rude brushed everything off like it was my fault and then told me I was wrong and hung up.

Edit: They had corrected the issue shortly after my initial review. I decided to wait before changing my review to a 5 star. And now they’re back to the same low quality donuts.
Been at this Tim Hortons a few times during my sons hockey games/practices. Hardly any icing on the doughnuts. I get you’re trying to cut on costs, but the quality of the product is terrible. Please fix this!

On multiple occasions now the drinks I’ve ordered have been heavily watered down, to the point it doesn’t even taste like what I’ve ordered. Hot chocolate, mocha or chai tea with milk and sugar. All barely have any flavour. What is happpppening.
