I have read the other reviews, and I think the service has improved. I always get quick, friendly service. My suggestion is that the receipt ink/paper be changed more often because the last few times I can't even read the digits on the receipt. Most times all the digits in the survey code are not completely visible because the ink is so faint. Don't send me to fill out a form like you have suggest to the others who have posted comments. Thank you.

Stopped by on a roadtrip. I was amazed by the friendly demeanour and the service quality of the employees. I felt the need to leave a review because its far better than the timmies on the west coast where i come from lolol

Best Tim Hortons around. Correct orders, quick service, friendly staff. Can't complain at all. Been to so many others and in some Tim's, especially on the highways, the staff doesn't even speak or understand proper Englisch and seriously, I'm not up to learn the Indish language just to order a Latte
