This morning, I went to the store to have my steep tea, and the order taking and serving were amazing. Most importantly, the steep tea was fresh as well as perfectly made with proper sugar stirred. Definitely visit again here💯

"I always enjoy my visits to Tim Hortons, and Mahassan truly makes it special every time! She makes the best coffee I've had, and her professionalism is top-notch. Mahassan is always friendly, attentive, and provides excellent customer service. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it makes a huge difference in my experience. Unfortunately this location isn’t any better for customer service nor are they quick. Tims has gone down hill in the past 10 years.
I'll never understand how you can mess up a bagel with cream cheese, but these people continue to amaze me. Clearly the standards are just out the window at this point, so shame on me for continuously buying food from this dumpster fire of a company.
