I had a disappointing experience at this location. I was waiting to place my order inside, but the staff member Navneet was only focused on the drive-thru. When I politely asked to order, she rudely gestured for me to wait without saying a word. Even after 10+ minutes, she didn’t acknowledge me and continued preparing only drive-thru orders. I had my shift soon at another workplace nearby, and this delay and unprofessional behavior caused unnecessary stress. As a customer service worker myself, I expected better professionalism.

Hi, the service and speed of staff is really awesome regular coming here with my regular order just want to mention a girl name gurleen who serve me lots of time.. with smile on her face made my day nd the quali of food is also awesome.. Tim hortons really need staff like her..
