Please teach your staff some decent customer service and respect. A friendly hello or "have a good day" isn't too much to ask for. Aggressively reaching out the debit machine and actively yell at staff in the process is pretty rude.

They advertise all day breakfast, not if they don't feel like it. The guy behind the counter laughed at me for ordering a breakfast combo and said, " we stop serving breakfast after 4:20, and it's 4:24, so....." I reminded him it's ALL DAY BREAKFAST. he again laughed at what I said. I told him that I regularly get breakfast at this location after 5 without ever hearing anything about it. Today is clearly different. That kid was definitely high on something because he giggled at everything a customer said. He was probably new and clearly knew nothing. Well, because of him, I'm not going back to that location. He was probably too high to understand how to take an order anyway.

No one would take my order. I stood at the front for 5 minutes and made eye contact with multiple workers, who walk right by me. Ended up leaving. Horrible customer service.
Out of 3 drinks two were wrong . We then went back up as one was a coffee not tea and they argued that I was wrong I ordered coffee . They did give me my orange pekoe tea . Once back to my seat noticed that it was decaf. Returned again . The other tea that was wrong was also made as decaf, but my mother just drank it anyway. Honestly no one knew what they were doing . Also super rude that they were all speaking to each other in a different language .

This is probably the best Timmie’s left in ottawa. But i wanted to express this, this morning unfortunately when i asked for extra chipotle on the side of my farmers wraps they decided to take the sauce off the wraps and then charge me 1.00 for sauce that should have been on the wraps to begin with. I never asked for no sauce, just sauce on the side. If the included sauce is not on the wrap it should be FREE on the side considering it comes with it. Not the end of the world but it happens often and should be fixed - if I’m paying for extra and not actually receiving anything extra.

I work nearby and visit almost daily... Never have had any issues. Through the drive thru in approx 60 seconds and coffee tastes like it should.

We had a great experience at this location. The boy named (Gurlal) served us in a very professional way. He had a great smile on his face. Overall I want to say it is well managed and clean Tim hortons I am ever been to.
