Worst store to visit employees don’t put extra sauce even after asking to pay them more; would never visit again and also tell friends to never visit again also HEENAL was the server who just made it worse for making burrito bowl; I asked for twisted shrimps and she made bang bang shrimps; silly mistakes wouldn’t visit again and also recommend franchise to take back the ownership please and thank you

Lazy staff at location took my money and was too lazy to make it. I had ordered online at 8:22pm and my order went through and the money was taken from my bank account. When I went in at 8:30pm (closes at 9pm) they were clearly still open and taking orders. I asked about my order and the lady said she wont make it because online orders close at 8:20pm however my order went through on the app and money was taken from my bank. (Also, there was no indication of this early online orders closed anywhere). When asking about refund she said not possible because i was 2 minutes late and to go to another location where I will have to pay again. What is the point of have a closing time publicly posted and allowed customer payments to go through if you do not plan to honour them. Very unprofessional and lazy. If i was offered a refund it would have been acceptable.

I came into this location at exactly 8:45pm on July 5th. As I walked in, I heard the lady that was putting away the warm ingredients “sigh”, which I understand it’s late and very close to closing but still wasn’t closed and I wanted a burrito. The sigh didn’t bother me, but what she told me did bother me; which was that she couldn’t make a burrito because they were out of rice. Maybe I would have believed her if I didn’t watch her put it away. I didn’t realize their overall reviews are quite low, so I’m assuming others are having unpleasant experiences here as well. I’m never coming back to this location, as burritoboyz is about the distance for me!

I went to this burrito. Staff is good. The interaction with customers is amazing. I appreciate staff’s effort. I got one girl who served me for many times. The only problem is when I went there at closing time, they only have one girl working. Which is I think more burden full for staff. As I went for many times, I saw many customers who waited for sometime, but due to less staff they went without food. It happened with me 3 times on last 3 Fridays.
On my suggestion, owner should appoint more staff (At least 2 person for closing) at closing time or after 7:00 pm. Which is usually the dinner time for many of the people.

We ordered a quick dinner through Skip the Dishes. Food came hot, quick and tasty. We had pulled pork quesadilla, a steak burrito, extreme chips and fries. All in all a good meal.
Absolutely worst place to go, go to any other Bar burrito besides this one. The manager is god awful to deal with and extremely rude to customers. Many people have complained about him. Zero customer service skills and disrespecting customers when they have a question. If this is what you consider as a manager i very much advise reconsidering. I have been a long time, frequent customer but i will no longer be coming back here.

I would also give this place a -5 stars if I good. 0/100. I picked up an order which was late. The order was wrong, they messed up 2/3 items and their ingredients. All the items in the order were burned badly. I ordered for my family and am not able to give them the burned food. Complete waste of $50. I had a bad experience a few months ago too, but thought it was just a one time bad experience. This place officially sucks. Never coming here again. I’d like my money back please.
