I took my toddler with me to this shop for a special treat. The staff was patient and attentive. She had the best ice cream experience there. They were polite and explained me about their cake options. It is rare to find such an excellent service.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of trying a cake from Baskin-Robbins, and it exceeded all my expectations. The taste was absolutely delightful, with each bite bursting with flavor. The layers were moist and perfectly balanced, complemented by a creamy frosting that wasn't too sweet.

Being a first time customer, I received horrible and worst service. Adding to that employee over thier was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with customers. Never ever returning back to BASKIN ROBINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was no refund provided????

Usually cakes are kept in refrigerator, but I was never told to keep cake in freezer.It was finance's bday and I bought cake at noon in order to celebrate at mid night, I kept cake in refrigerator and as I took it out at mid night, cake was all melted and it spoiled the whole dam celebration. Worst worst service...they should have told us to keep under certain temps.

first time going and the milk shake is amazing, so so good but the customer service was terrible. went and said hello didn’t get it back so i said it again. nothing. then didn’t say the total and i said thank you have a good night. and still said nothing.
